I feel bad writing this, but it is all completely honest and fair. And it must be said that especially the older delivery guy who is mentioned in other reviews is about the sweetest person you'll ever meet.
But ordering delivery from this location is a disaster. I have done it around 10-12 times in the time I have lived here and I am not kidding when I say every single time there have been mistakes, hour (plus) delays, drivers sent off to the wrong address I didn't put in, and wrong orders received.
Every single time you order, you will get a phone call 5 minutes later saying "we're out of (topping/entree/drink)" or "the fryer is broken" or something similar. And they will give you a new total, but it won't be reflected on your receipt or anywhere else. And it will take them 1.5 hours to get to you after someone in-shop types up a new receipt with typos in the address and you'll start getting tons of phone calls and texts from drivers who can't figure it out. And once the order arrives, you'll put everything down and open your boxes and find the wrong food.
And I've done food service and I know stuff happens and I'm not one to call and complain or demand refunds, but may I just say that the mistake is never in your favor. If you order "extra" or a side of anything, they will "forget" it every single time. If you order a medium pizza, you'll never get a large by mistake but you will certainly get a small. If you order X size of wings you will never get the right amount or higher, but always lower and the wrong flavor. If you order more than one drink or side, you are only getting the first one on the list. And I slap myself on the wrist and say "you shouldn't be wasting money ordering Pizza Hut anyway, you should make something yourself so this stops happening every time." But this needs to be written down.
It looks like the majority of the positive reviews are for carryout. The food is always good and you can check it for accuracy right there without waiting for a delivery guy for 2 hours. Just do yourself a favor and...

I put in our order online at 5:30...but we didn’t get to eat our dinner until 7:30. The online ordering system didn’t allow me to modify my gluten-free veggie lovers pizza (no cheese, add Beyond sausage, etc.), so I called what I thought was the store. I requested that they add Beyond sausage to my gluten-free pizza, but they refused, We were happy to pay the up charge, but they said it only came on large pizzas. I said to charge us for a large, but they refused that idea. What kind of business model is this?! LOL It eventually went all the way up the chain from call center, to the supervisor, to the store manager. After arguing with me for a half hour about how the call center was also unable to reach the store or adjust our order, we drove passed several Pizza Hut locations to one of two stores in the metro that offered Beyond meat and gluten free crust. We ordered 2 personal pans and were quoted 30 minute delivery time which turned into an hour and a half (11:00 on a week night) - When the pizza arrives it tastes like cardboard because it’s been reheated so many times. Tried to call the manager to cancel the order, but of course they never Answer their damn phones and there’s only so much the call center can do. When the guy arrived he didn’t even so much as offer an apology let alone a refund. Then proceeds to burn his tires and peel out of our driveway because we did not tip.
