Hyper Computer and Battle Games — Local services in Shawnee

Brought my PC in for a physical cleaning on the 6th of June 2023 and Lee the owner promised it would look absolutely new and clean when I got it back the next day there was still visible dust on the front ,rear and top fans it’s as if he just blew it off with canned air I had to clean the rest of the remaining dust off my self and was out $60 but this wasn’t even the worst part! When I plugged my system back in and booted it up idle cpu temps were wayy higher than usual around 70 Celsius for whatever reason and when I actually got in game or rendered videos the temps would be even worse around 90 degrees witch is NOT safe at all for cpu temperature!!! When I asked if I could bring it in for diagnose to see what the problem was he didn’t even want to help me fix it or even FIND a solution to the problem very very disappointing and unprofessional to say the least I wouldn’t recommend anyone going here to build there PC unless your literally watching him work on it he was also very greedy and selfish with the information he has about computers yes he may know a lot but whats the point in knowing all that if u don’t wanna share the knowledge with other people very stubborn and rude of him go somewhere else with your builds you’ll thank...

I had an interesting experience here today. I needed two adapters for a job tomorrow and was happy to know they were in stock here. I saw the adapters were on Amazon for a pair at $8.00 shipped. However, I needed them for a job next day on a weekend so I decided to shop locally which I try to do within reason. I thought that the price he's quoted me over the phone was for a pair of them so I thought it was only $1 more and I could shop local, get them today, score! I was wrong... the price was for EA adapter. He begins to talk down to me telling me how Amazon is bad for our economy (sure, if you're a price gouging small business owner) and that Amazon only sold "cheap Chinese adapters". I shrugged off the narrative and said to myself "whatever, I need them tomorrow for a job" and paid the $20.00 ($12 more than Amazon). The best part was when I took my receipt and walked out with my two overpriced adapters.... I looked on the wrapper of the adapters and sure enough they said, "made in China". What a joke, your going to have to come up with a better excuse. It looks like he will claim this is a fake review by reading other comments about his business practices. If he does, I will update my review with a picture of my receipt....

I thought I registered my company with them for future purchases but, when I go there they have nothing on file for me. I have given them this information multiple times and still not in "the system". I have dealt with multiple "sales people" because they seem to go through sales people quite a bit. I even saw the owner bash the sales guy right in front of me because he didn't know the difference between DVI-D and DVI-I.....which was no big deal but to get onto him in front of customers - WOW! I also spoke to this "gentleman" via email and he was RUDE and snotty when I asked why no one was picking up the phone during business hours. Sure they have good prices but I would rather pay a little more somewhere else then deal with the ATTITUDE that I get when going here. Also make sure you double check your order when purchasing things here, I asked for a SATA DVD drive and was given an IDE one, good thing I checked it out in my vehicle before leaving and went back in to exchange for the right one. No thanks, I will take my business...
