Let's face it. I have been to plenty of the McDonald's locations all over the country, but the location I visited yesterday was by far at the very top of the worst restaurants ever. I have never been more disappointed for a couple of different reasons especially given this particular location. I ordered my food at the kiosk and then I entered the flag number so I could be located in the restaurant as I am supposed to do and then i went ahead to pay at the register and went to sit down. Tell me why there was there a grown woman standing at the counter screaming my flag number instead of walking it the 12 feet around the corner to bring it to the table. While eating my cold food I placed a mobile order using my reward points and specified my table number so I would get the table service that I requested while ordering. Nope not this time. Again there as a young man standing at the counter screaming out a number. After waiting the 15 minutes to use a second deal code I then ordered a large fry. The frys were so dark in color and left a nasty taste in my mouth. I didn't have time to complain at that moment because my cab was about to pull up and I needed to use the restroom. The restroom was absolutely disgusting as the photos will show. I could not convince myself to sit down and go. I snapped a few photos and walked out.
As I said earlier I am completely disappointed and very unsatisfied with the service, the food and the cleanliness of the restaurant. I can understand the inability to cater and clean during specific peak times throughout a shift but I happened to be the only customer inside the store for over an hour while I sat there waiting for the cab. To make the whole situation worse 2 different female employees went to the bathroom while I ate before I went in there. I'm not sure if it was all due to bad management or the lack there of if you ask me or just plain laziness either way there is a serious problem in this store and something should be done about it. As a former restaurant manager myself if I was to walk in to work and witness these issues or had the pleasure of listening to this complaint personally the entire shift would have been fired on the spot. If they don't want to work or don't take pride n the job that they chose to accept on their own then they shouldn't be there. Read moreedit 10/5/2024 i would have taken photo of any hours of operation if i saw any posted on the front door. not sure what the actual hours happen to be. it wasn't until after finding the dining room doors locked at 11:15pm leading me to what Google has posted when i noticed that Google states open until 2am - drive-thru closes at 1am. that alone defies logic which should have led me to believe that the hours Google states can not be accurate. either this location has started locking the doors early like the 95th St. location across from the mall or they don't follow the pattern of most McDonald's locations that are not open 24hrs which the dining room closes an hour before the drive-thru. hard to believe Google still hasn't made any efforts to post correct hours of operation for both services for all such restaurants. whether the business or Google is at fault doesn't much matter as taking customers into consideration. smh
not very attentive to the counter. took only a few minutes to have an employee come from the back to take my order then disappear into the back. after ordering the wait for food, i was the only customer at the time, was exceedingly longer than expected for fast food. no explanation given. same employee eventually came back up front with my food. the order was correct, and the fries were hot & fresh. other than that, it's McDonald's. more of a 3.5...

They are so old that the feeling has become hard candy wrapped around a barbed wire pie crust fence. I'm not going to bite until this going to risk cutting myself breaking a tooth or worse. The only see two employees in the restaurant no line no to-go orders on the counter I don't understand why this product couldn't have at least been checked. But further let you know there is a major problem when products are not Mark / dates for all I know my apple pie is 12 hours old. One thing I will say is consistent is you're going to get garbage food from here and bad service one way or the other. I will try to say something nice if there was something nice to be said we're for the most part this is something I have to deal with with these people for at least 3 years is horrible customer service over and over. 9 Mark products over and over.
