March 2025. It's better. I think there are new owners because overall this McDonald's has improved.
Jan 2024. It's actually better dare I say it's a decent experience. You got always check your drink though before you leave the drive-thru they seem to just not be able to get that right though.
May 2021. They are consistently really good at handing you the wrong drink that you ordered. So hey ya never know what you might get.
Nov. 2020. Well I just wanted to let everyone know that this McDonald's is still one of the worst.
Always check your drinks before you leave the drive-thru here. and if you ask for any sauce you need to look in the bag first they typically don't provide any or it's just wrong. They are still slow, and about half the time they get your order wrong, they're not overly friendly in fact they borderline on not friendly. So this McDonald's still is consistent at one thing being bad. However if you just drive north on Metcalf a little bit farther there's a McDonald's across the street from a quick trip and it's completely the opposite orders are always good food is fast the staff is incredibly friendly.
Sep 2020. And we are back... Dare I say they have been somewhat better? Well yea somewhat. I mean I'm not changing that one-star review by any means because at any given time you can roll through the drive-thru and have a truly terrible experience to adequate. Still they get the award for the worst McDonald's to go through in town anywhere and they're the least friendly and consistently messing up your orders. But hey maybe this could be a turning point. I would say they've moved into the mediocre category as far as McDonald's go.
Jan 4th 2020. Tried the drive-thru out again. I'm baffled as to why this particular McDonald's is so terrible compared to others in the area. Is it management? Is it the help? I just love to know logistically and operationally what is so different about this McDonald's that makes it so incredibly bad at what is a process you know that McDonald's has mostly perfected as best they can.
Want another update? Sure why not. Feb 23rd 2019. Only a few cars in the lot me and another person in line for drive thru service.... No one's come to take the order... Waiting...waiting.... Drove to the pickup window. They where looking at there phones not paying attention. Consistent still at being the worst McDonald's you can visit in the area. Hey ya gotta be good at something even if it's the worst McDonald's drive-thru in the area.
Feb 8, 2019. Updating again since maybe at one point McDonald's or the franchise owner will read this and care. Pretty much still a horrible customer experience. It's painfully slow and unfriendly.
August 2018. This has to be one of the worst McDonald's as far as service goes. It's really amazing how incredibly bad they are at everything. Customer service, getting the food right, speed of service. It's just bad.
Another review and 8 months later nothing has changed. They are consistant at one thing here and that is being slow. As a bonus you get poor service. There is not enough help so its really slow. Plus the service is just not good. July 2018

Read moreWorst McDonalds experience ever. I walked in and saw about six people waiting..I found out they had all been waiting a long time. The manager on duty is the same one who works nearly every night. He was more concerned about getting orders out but not accuracy of the order.. someone else got my order because he pushed it to him just to get it out of the store. When he realized he messed up, he blames me for it, muttering and shaking his head. I get my order remade ( or so I thought ), but it is missing a extra item..he just pushes to me to get rid of me. I ordered a Big Mac meal, large fries and drink with a additional small fry. He insisted it's okay.. it's not okay. I have dealt with this man before..he is usually rude.. tonight took the cake. I have already contacted McDonald's and placed a complaint. I understand that the crew was small, but if he cannot handle pressure or if it's too much to be nice, he needs to move on to another job so someone else will do the job with accuracy, a better attitude and a smile. Until then, I will either go during the day when the people have better customer service skills and they have never messed up my order; Maybe next time, I will just use door dash. Don't go to this location at night..the night manager couldn't care less about...
Read moreService is friendly and efficient. The food is always fresh and tastes great. It is presented well whether bagged neatly for carry out or placed neatly upon a tray for dining at a table. Even during peak hours the staff are cleaning the dining area and the building exterior. Restroom is clean. Wi-Fi is available and I have seen a few people having a working meal or study lunch. Even so, if you wish to dine in there are usually tables available. The driveway is clearly marked and easy to enter, drive through, park or exit. Foster Street has an island to protect the turn area, making it easier to enter near the building if turning onto Foster from 95th. To exit just go to the other end of the parking area and turn back onto Foster. Even on weekends with the after church crowd there is no issue with getting in or out. Ordering is easy using either the app or going in and using the kiosks. If you need assistance or prefer old school ordering, the staff will be happy to take your order at the counter or bring your meal to a table. There are parking spots for those who need more accessibility, and there are tables where chairs can be moved to provide access for those using...
