This location use to be good a few years ago. Apparently being the type of job it is, surely staff has changed since then. Anyways, I ordered a pizza 2 weeks ago, Pepperoni, Italian Sausage, bacon, extra sauce, garlic crust.and my pizza came to me dry, as if it had been sitting in hot box for ever with the lid up. So I called the store to complain, and I asked if I could get a new pizza delivered. He basically told me no, and that I would have to come get it. I’m thinking to myself hell no, y’all messed up my ordered I need a new pizza and to have it delivered. So I politely told him I cannot come and get it. He offered a credit and I accepted. So today I ordered a pizza using the credit that was given. I get there the black lady at the register brought me my pizza, I said thank you, and walked out. Then I turned around and went back in because I forgot napkins. The door bell rang which indicates that someone just walked in the building. I received no greeting, hello I’ll be with you in a second or any kind of common courtesy phrase. So I waited for about a min. I hollers to the back no reply. So I rang the little bell they had on the counter. I heard something be said, but couldn’t make out what it was. So I waited about 2 more mins, and I rang the bell again and hollered hello one more time. Once again, I heard something be said, but couldn’t make out what it waited a little while longer. Finally, after about 5 min, she finally comes to check and see what I wanted. When she came up, she seem to have a attitude, at this point I’m the one who should be irritated, I waited 5 min to just get some napkins. So after all this, I take a slice of pizza, and once again, it’s dry which I don’t understand because I asked for extra sauce, nor did it have enough cheese on it. After that, I was done, I will not be returning to...

This location should get O stars. The worst experience ever! I received my pizza squashed to the side as you see in the photo. It's like it was dropped and they didn't think to check the pizza. I called to try to get a refund or accommodated in some way and they only said they could send me a new if I gave this one back (Who else isn't starving by the time you get your food??). And the woman I spoke to was passive aggressive - the supervisor. Eventually we just gave up and said ok and started to eat it. I get another phone call a few min later from what sounded like a different person there and they said they were going to just make a new one and send it out and I didn't have to give them the old one back. I was shocked after them explaining the policy but pleased that they were willing to do that. 2 HOURS later I still hadn't received the new pizza so I call and they then tell me "yea the manager just said no so you're not getting a new pizza anymore". ARE YOU JOKING?? Why did no one call and just tell me never mind or WHY was I called back in the first place being informed I was going to get new one? It wouldn't have continued to be this complicated if whoever that was didn't call me back saying I was going to get a new one..SO...
