This review is for 11-25-2020 service only. Service today was very strange. I had pre-paid for myorder 2 weeks ago and had a scheduled pick up time. When we arrived, they had a total of 4 lines. 3 for reservations (you reserved but did not pay) and walk-ins, and ONE line for pre-paid orders. This made no sense, because Honeybaked urges you to do the pre-paid option because it allows for FASTER CHECKOUT. It says it right there on the website. I was in line for about 30 minutes, where as the people who just walked up without a reservation or pre-paid order, were in and out in less than 10-15 minutes. The food is always awesome, but they should re-evaluate their setup for for pickup the DAY BEFORE A HOLIDAY. I ordered the Picnic Pack and a Classic Ham Sandwich to go. They were out of Potato Salad. When I asked the clerk for packets of mayo and mustard packets for my Picnic Pack, he told me they didn't have any. The clerk who made my sandwich overheard our conversation. He put several packets of mayo and mustard in the bag with my sandwich. The woman behind me wanted a half pound of Turkey, but they didn't have any pre-packaged. The clerk acted annoyed when she asked him if he could package and sell her a half pound. The woman and I were the only customers in the store. Honestly... I get better service during the Thanksgiving Holiday Season when they have a line out the door....

The ham is absolutely worth the price. Do not wait til last day. We waited in line for 1 hour. It was cold and slow moving. Ran out of hams 10lb and larger. Do not hold or honor preorder or prepaid. 1st come 1st serve. They have 2 locations. Or have it delivered. Still worth every bit of the hassle and cost.
