Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Overland Park

On 12/29 at 12:15pm. Came to meet with a friend who we don't get to see often because we're visiting from out of town. So we stayed for a few hours, but the staff were very kind and accommodating. The drinks were amazing and they explained the coffee of the day to me, and when I asked about a particular flavor they told me what day it would be on. Since I was there a while I needed to warm a bottle for my baby. They gave me some hot water in a cup so I could do that. There was even a customer that ended up not taking their drink or an extra was made or something, so the girl working offered it to us. It was very sweet and we'll definitely be back Wednesday to try the Scooter Doodle! I can't remember their names, but the two girls working...

This morning (10/10/21) around 8:45am there was a single employee working. She was taking all the orders and making them all herself. There was a line in the drive through in addition to the people inside. She was handling it like a champ and was still so friendly. We obviously gave her a tip because she deserved it, I just wish we could do more because she was an absolute legend. I hope management sees this and gives her the recognition she deserves. I just can't talk her up enough for handling what I would call an unbearably...

I love the employee vibe and efficiency but I’d love it more if my order were correct more than 50% of the time. Only 2 cars in line today and I was charged for my order, $7.05 for a large hot mocha with 2 extra shots, and I was given a large drip coffee. This is a pretty common occurrence when I go to scooters which is very disappointing because I’d like to support them more, but not at the expense of not receiving what I paid for.
