Quick service because they are never busy and I think it’s because they don’t know how to make the drinks right. Two times I have gotten the vanilla sweet cream cold brew here and both times they have made it wrong. Awful. Only filled the cup up half full. This was not a well trained employee. He offered to put more milk in it. I said it needed to be full and he did not agree. I had him keep the coffee and was not given a refund. Where is management? One person working..? Bad news for...

Staff is always super polite and seem to enjoy their jobs. Store is clean and tidy. Orders come out in a timely manner but not too fast to where you have to worry about them accidentally burning the espresso.
