I don't even feel this Wendy's deserves one star. Food is ok. The service is beyond horrible. I have given this restaurant 5 too many chances, mainly because it is close to my work. The problem with this Wendy's is the bigger man that is a manager or acts as manager during the day around 11am. He is the RUDEST human I have ever encountered in my 49 years! I do not know his name, he does not wear a name tag. He is awful. He is beyond hateful to customers and employees. He has a horrible tone while taking orders, he looks down on everyone. He just glares and stands around looking at customers until he decides to slowly walk over to the counter. He doesn't say good morning, good afternoon, or hello. He doesn't smile at customers. He should not be in customer service at all. The breakfast menu was up during lunch, I had to guess what I wanted to purchase. He refused to give me my receipt, when I asked for one, instead he waded it up and threw it away. No wonder there isn't very many customers at this restaurant during prime lunch time. Read moreI usually go to this Wendy's maybe once or twice a month. The past 6 months the quality of food and service has been horrible.
I usually get the biggie bag and a Jr bacon cheeseburger.
The Fries are ALWAYS old and extremely unfresh. The burgers are burnt and for some reason the Jr bacon cheeseburger 9 times out of 10 has the smallest sized tomatoe slice that doesn't even cover half the burger or it'll have the smallest sized lettuce piece.
For the price of the food you'd expect your food to be fresh but it feels like they prep food and it'll sit under a heated lamp until someone buys it.
The service is unprofessional. Multiple times I've seen workers fooling around not doing their job and eyes red as can be. Obviously they don't care about quality or the job they work at.
