I didn't even care about the food. Because for the first time in the year that I've been to St. Louis after moving from Vegas, I actually had GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I haven't even so much as come close to average.
Host: D2135 literally blew it out of the water. Not only did she have the basic " please and thank you" that is lacking all around the fast food world, she went above and beyond and had to be one of the nicest most professional people Ive ever encountered anywhere!!!!
I didn't even check the bag to see if my order was right or if the condiments I requested were in the bag because based on her exceptional service alone I knew she cared enough and made it happen. The world needs more of D2135!!! Wish I had her name.
And I was right. Food was great! Condiments all there and I will skip out on poor service everywhere and go...

This place has friendly staff, and food is always fresh. But if i place an order online, i have to get it from inside? I'm driving around with my infant kid in the car and I'm simply asking for the food to be handed to me as if it were the drive thru. The process remains the same. Simply hand it to me instead of making an employee walk out to or making me explain this to them, which, they were willing to accommodate. Bad policies at arby is enough for me to avoid this place entirely. Despite food being good, your staff is only as good as the policies you enforce and you're making them follow a policy that is unhelpful to the customer. The guy taking orders just kept telling everyone how understaffed they are and told me he couldn't add ketchup packets, I had to do that at the window bc they're understaffed. Okay then. Woman at the window was sweet, said she was a manager. But I ouldn't use the QR code for a 50% off a chicken sandwich at the drive through window bc it wouldn't work for them. She gave me 15% off instead of the 50% off - she gets a A for at least trying something, but come on, Arby's - get your tech figured out.
