Placed a order on Friday online for a platter to be picked up Sunday at 2pm. Went to the store for my order for the party and was told they didnt have any orders for platters an that I was at the wrong store and needed to go a few miles down the road. After getting in my vehicle and realizing I wasn't at the wrong store. I called the customer service line and come to find out the manager cleared the order out on Friday when I placed it and wasnt able to make it into the store this day because of whatever reason and my order was just not worried about. The customer service rep. Found me another store to get my order placed an ready with in 30mins. (Thank god for Elm street store in st.charles). While on the phone with customer service getting this set up a number I didnt know was calling me so I didnt answer then it called right back so I answered it was the manager from the 1st store calling to say sorry because someone called in and she would give me chips an soda per sub I was supposed to have if I would let them make the order (now an hour past my pick up time) I told her another store is handling it and no thank you. It was nice she reached out and attempted to fix her mess up but as a customer who needed an order at a time for a party I was very upset with the management skills an the lack of the store for just not doing an order because someone called in. Read moreSecond time in a row that I had to wait for an online order. This time it wasn't even started until long after I arrived and after they worked through about 6 people in line. I finally stood right by the online order shelf when it was 5 minutes past the time and they finally started making it. I would have been better off to just get in line but I choose not to do that because I like to order 15-20 minutes ahead of time and skip the line. Also, the sandwich was a little more toasted than I like. Had several burnt spots. It's hard to find workers I know, but putting online orders that are 20 minutes old behind people in line defeats the purpose. Read moreHorrible service. Made an online order for curbside pickup... we waited and waited and no one ever came out. Went inside and they said they didn't make it because they were out of one item. No one called or came out so make us aware. So... had to order a different sandwich.. it was cheaper but no refund was given. Then that sandwich was made wrong. They toasted it when told not to.... and then to remake it... they talked in Indian for s minute then made another sandwich.. oven roasted chicken... and they didn't even heat the chicken. This place is a joke and will be closed in no time. I love subway but these guys are giving them a horrible name. Never in my life have I gotten such horrible service and food...
