We are daily customers at this location. Up until August the service was good, sometimes even great, especially if we were served by Hannah or Cloe. Service prior to August was friendly and professional However after August the service went quickly downhill.
We were told they were new people in training however when we asked to speak to a manager there was never a manager in the store. I actually went to the store three times in one day morning afternoon and evening and each time I was told I just missed the manager.
Since August, Our orders have been continuously wrong. Drink flavor varies daily, However today was the Worst coffee we have had since we began going there. We actually took it back and told them they needed to remake it. Since August the staff have been extremely unfriendly and unprofessional. We gave them a certain amount of time considering most of them were new and hoped that they would overcome this but so far they have not.
To be honest if there was any other Dunkin’ Donuts within the area of our house we would definitely use it but since this is the only one close to us we are forced to endure this daily dIssappointment
I did however have the pleasure of being served by Hannah couple of days ago and very much enjoyed both my coffee and the service.

Read moreI had a work event and called the afternoon before to place an order for 4 dozen assorted donuts and 4 boxes of coffee. I was told there was no need to order ahead and I could stop in the store in the morning to place the order. So that is what I did. I stop into the store at 6:30am to place a to-go order and have my husband pick up in an hour. A young man walks up and doesn’t seem to want to take my order. Then he asks a lady if he can sell me 4 dozen donuts and 3 boxes of coffee. She rudely says, “No. No that’s a special order”. Ok… well it wasn’t yesterday afternoon! So I ask if I can get 3 dozen and again am told NO! I walked out and immediately called a donut shop down the street from my office and they were pleasant and took my order for pickup in an hour. I really do not understand what the issue was. I was there and wanting to pay for items and a sale was refused! Read moreI should’ve made this a while ago. Tbh was gonna call to speak to a manager but I’m just gonna leave a review. I’ve gone to this location probably 20 times and every single time my order is wrong. There were a couple times I had to go inside to have them fix it instead of just suffering and drinking the mess ups and I was kind and friendly and I was met with arguing and animosity. I’m unsure what the attitudes are for when this location is usually never busy. The staff needs to be retrained. Even menu items are just horribly made. I took a break and started driving to the one next to Lowe’s and that location is spectacular. Staff is so friendly and sweet and they make the coffees perfect. I was in a hurry and went to this location again and of course my drink is wrong again and I’m just over it. Maybe management will see this and fix it.
