If you're into cars and love taking photos, this place offers a visually appealing setting. The decor is definitely geared towards automobile enthusiasts and makes for great snapshots. Our visit started off on a disappointing note. We arrived to celebrate my dad's birthday and were met with indifference at the front desk. The guy barely acknowledged our presence and didn't offer a greeting, leaving us feeling unwelcome. I had to initiate the conversation to get us seated. The lady who led us to our table was equally disengaged, providing no warm welcome or friendly interaction. This poor first impression significantly marred our experience. Once seated, the same unenthusiastic approach continued. The hostess explained the ongoing Father's Day promotion, I thanked her twice, and she proceed to ignore me, again. 😃 However, our waitress improved the experience slightly. She was patient and helpful, especially when assisting my father in selecting beers for his beer flight. Her attentive service was a bright spot in an otherwise lackluster visit. The food was average at best. One of our orders came with incorrect sides, but the waitress quickly corrected it and allowed us to keep the extra sides, which was a nice gesture. The mashed potatoes were good, but the broccoli lacked seasoning, and the ribeye was disappointingly small. The Ford's Signature Burger was quite ordinary and didn't stand out. Despite the staff singing happy birthday to my dad, the overall experience fell short. The poor initial reception left a lasting negative impression. For the price we paid, I expected a more welcoming atmosphere and better food quality. I don't plan to return, as I don't want to feel unwelcome again. Well, not sure where to begin, myself being a chef for years, I understand the business well enough, but I don’t understand what went wrong last night that I was with my family and friends eating. We had a reservation and still had to wait 1hr to be seated , yes there was a line but there was also empty tables , didn’t see a manager on site to delegate or organize the system to cut down on waits , especially since it was mostly 2-4 tops coming in being told to wait. Usually those get seated first and large tables are told to wait but , we were one of the few large tabes which a 7 top is not really that large since 2 out the 7 were kids. So not to be rude but it lacked leadership that night. No one came to apologize or hand a complimentary gesture as in a free drink or dessert to make up for the long wait , also speaking of drinks they were good. Mine and my wife were just not even drinkable but Emily our server was great, so we didn’t want to be that tables who complains , also I ordered a medium rare burger and my friend she ordered a medium well, noted that they stick the name of the burgers along with the temps of the burger , they still confused it and gave me the medium well which was super dry and she almost spit hers out because she doesn’t eat rare food. Overall the experience wasn’t anything compared to their other locations especially for it being a Saturday night, it just seem like they didn’t staff properly , needed more bussers on schedule and the hostesses were just standing their not trained for situations when customers get inpatient. Sucks to go to places like chain restaurants that you had a good time and go to a different location and it just doesn’t...

We feel like each time we enter the front doors at Oviedo’s Fords Garage that we are being welcomed home. The most amazing and caring staff. The smiles and courtesy is genuine and heartfelt. That experience at each visit is priceless. They know our names and what our favorite dishes are. Greeters, wait staff, bartenders, bar backs, chef and kitchen staff. Congrats to management that hires, trains and inspires the friendly, exceptional and highly trained staff. First Class all the way. Thanks to corporate for hiring outstanding managers with great skills, excellent customer service and especially outstanding leadership to have such a premier staff. (Just a note: My husband and I are not related to any employee of Fords, just appreciative). 👍

Oh yes and let’s not forget the biggest selection and most delicious food, the specials and we love the additions they add to the menu. So much variety of choices (we’ve tried most of them). From the fresh salads to steaks, fresh fish, ribs and the world’s best burgers ever. Even the greatest wontons on my favorite dish!

Lots of creative cocktails and drink choices. All the bartenders provide quick service, remember our favorites and suggest other great options. We always feel like we are welcomed friends to their home at the bar.

We want to thank all the staff for providing excellent and caring service, fresh delicious food and drinks and giving Oviedo the most awesome place to have fun, awesome food and make such a wonderful gathering place for all of your fans in Oviedo. Thank you all for making us feel at home.
