Donāt get me wrong here, I think some of the breakfast options are super yummy! For example, the farmer sandwich is delicious and the biscuits and gravy are equally tasty. I didnāt care much for the smash browns, but could boil down to personal opinion. I like that they come up with an interesting question that you must answer to use as the identifier for your order. Howeverā¦there have been a few times when my order has been wrong, or i felt like service was a little lazy. One time my fiancĆØ and I came in for breakfast and the cheese was missing on his farmer sandwich. He went to the front to get it fixed after I encouraged him to do so, and one of the employees put a slice of cheese on a plate and gave it to him. Like, oh how lovely, a side of cheese? It was a little odd considering that the point was the have it melted on the sandwich. They didnāt offer a remake. Though, I noticed a lot of younger people work here, maybe college age. The manager when iāve seen him inside is very friendly, and I always see him picking up and cleaning within the restaurant. This must have been a day when the manager wasnāt around or someone else was leading the staff. There have also been a few times where I didnāt feel like i got very friendly customer service from some of the cashiers. So for me, while the food is good, iād say its a little mediocre. Cmon now, this isnt a 5 star dining experience, theres no need to act rude. Most likely...

The waffles were savory and had bits of bacon in it, which I imagined I would have enjoyed, but I didnāt. Not to mention the fried chicken tasted like something out of a microwave. Bleh. I would eat here again but I wouldnāt eat the chicken and waffles.
VALUE: 4 stars. The prices were good here. The restaurant itself is in a beautiful new plaza was radiates and draws people in. Maple Street is also pretty beautiful on its own, and Iād expect more expensive prices for the ambiance.
SERVICE: 5 stars. Service is great all around. Case in point: The way Maple Street calls out orders is pretty cool. At the register, they ask you, what is one person in human history youād have lunch with if you could? I thought it was pretty random but answered honestly: āJesus Christ.ā Little did I know, thatās how they call out orders! Imagine the confusion and embarrassment when the server yelled out āJesus Christ!ā as I slunk to the front of the restaurant to retrieve my meal! We had so much fun listening to the crazy names called out and the restaurant goers had great laughs.
TL;DR VERDICT: 4 stars. I love Maple Streetās atmosphere and staff so Iāll chalk up my middling meal to my own palateās deficiencies and absolutely try eating here again when Iām...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went on a Sunday for brunch with a couple friends and thought it was great. The first location I went to I did not have a great time with the food. Everything was oily and the food took awhile to make but this was another location in another city.
The wait was not long at all. Everything came out really fresh. I also forgot they did this but I find it unique and interesting. For your order they don't call out your name but they will say the answer to their question of the day. The day we went the question was "how far have you traveled for thanksgiving?". I thought it was fun and listening to the answers of other customers was fun.
I ordered the Potatoes O Ryan with mushroom gravy and 2 eggs. I loved it but I thought the portion was small. The picture I took doesn't show that very well but everyone who ordered something got a small portion. For the price I thought there would be more. I also ordered the Berry lemonade that is made in house and it is fantastic.
Though my first experience wasn't great I had a fantastic time at this one and will come back...
