Dunkin' — Restaurant in Owatonna

I love Dunkin’ Coffee and have visited many Dunkin’ locations. This location is just inconsistent. Sometimes the coffee is great but many times the coffee is either very weak or, on one occasion, so over brewed it was like drinking acid. Worst coffee I have ever had and when I tried to find a phone number so I could call to let them know, to keep others from having the same experience, I could not locate a phone number. Sometimes I am greeted very pleasantly but most of the time I feel like they do not want my business. I hope this location in Owatonna, MN improves because I really want to love it and give a different review at a later time. * Update* I continue to go to Dunkin’ in spite of the issues and they are really improving on customer service and customer interactions. I was there when they first turned their lights on. Got the first frozen coffee. There is no better coffee place. They have existed longer than that ridiculously priced Starbuck garbage or any other brand that has sprung up only to compete with Dunkin Donuts. Dunkin is the only king of the coffee.
