TERRIBLE service today. Here's what happened.
-Coworkers and I decided to order subs in preparation for our lunch break -Tried to order online. Website kept throwing errors. Finally got it to go through -Realized that it said, "pickup order" even though I was almost positive that I chose delivery -Called the store. The greeting was terrible and unhappy -They said they would deliver it for us -Almost half an hour later we still hadn't gotten our food, so we called again -Same poor greeting -They said that the delivery driver JUST left with our food -Got the food, started eating -Noticed that two of the subs were NOT EVEN CLOSE to what we ordered. It was our only opportunity for our lunch break, so we ate it anyways -Called when we were done to tell them that the subs weren't right -They offered to remake them or to give a refund. We asked them to be remade thinking we could have the meal we were hoping for as leftovers -They put me on hold for almost 10 minutes. I hung up and called again -They said that the delivery driver had just left with the food. No explanation to why I was on hold and why I wasn't told that they were remaking the subs. -Delivery driver showed up and requested the old subs back. He had to call his manager when we didn't have them. (NOTE: I had an issue with this location a different time and they didn't ask for the subs back. The lack of consistency is frustrating). Manager said it wasn't a problem. -Delivery driver told us that he was supposed to get a $2 DELIVERY FEE from us, even after all that happened.

Read moreMe and my significant other have ordered here multiple times before and have always had issues with them messing up our order but this was the last straw. My s/o sandwich was perfect besides them not cutting it in half when he asked it to be, mine on the other hand I had asked for no tomato, and to add other things on it. When I received it, also not cut in half when I asked it to be, no tomato which I asked and only 1 of the items I asked for was on it but not the others. My s/o called to saying in the nicest way possible that they messed up the sandwich just because this has happened so often. The guy on the phone didn’t sound phased at all an said they’ll make me a new sandwich and sounded mad and was short with us. I wasn’t going to give a review until what happened next. When we get our new sandwich the kid asks for the old one, my s/o said sure but there’s been a few bites taken out of it. The kid then replied that’s fine I just have to bring the sandwich back. I don’t care that they took the sandwich, I’m more concerned that we’re just starting to get out of a pandemic and I also just got done being sick and they asked for it back. Read moreThird time is the charm they say and in this case it would be third time is the charm for terrible customer service, wrong order, and refund that was suppose to be sent back to me never happened. When I first called after an hour the delivery guy showed up 5 minutes later. It was suppose to be a boxed lunch with a soda, chips, cookie and sandwich. I only noticed the soda missing for I don't just open the box right in front of them, but maybe I should. The guy said he would return with my refund.... I sat down at my desk and opened my bag (not box) that only had a sandwich in it. I called to let them know and I overhear the delivery guy in the back saying that she should have told me before I left and that we are not allowed to do that. I said "What am I suppose to open the bag in front of you?" From there the man on the phone said I would be getting a refund back for it and here I am two weeks later with no refund or an apology at that.
