7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Owensboro

The coffee is good, sometimes great! However, My wife has been to this location a few times, as it is close to her workplace. Her frequency is also based on the 'way too long of a line.' I have been twice and each time it has been several young people that do not seem professional in the least. The drinks are sloppily served, with drink spilling down the sides of the cup and no napkins. We've had to request napkins every time. Maybe it is the system they are using (trying to be a quick drive thru and get your coffee place) and they have yet to work out the kinks. Regardless, it has been open for a few weeks and it seems no better of an experience today than it was opening week. Waiting behind people when you already have your drink is very frustrating, and I see it happen to others while waiting in line. The system is flawed, or, at least, is not operating near ideal. We will probably visit this establishment as a last resort, and, of course, it will depend on the length of the inevitably long line that...
