First visit with our waiter Caleb was beyond amazing but our second visit was absolutely horrible. The waitress ignored our table, food was disgusting, then when she brought the bill there was an upcharge that she didn't tell me about, followed with her saying, "It's plainly stated in the menu". My second time in. Then when my husband went to get change from the car she snatched the cash off the table without saying anything just to come back with another attitude telling me what the bill was and followed with how much change was lacking. I couldn't catch her name because she didn't stick around the table long enough. Even if we pass back through, we won't go there again and I'd advise against visiting unless you ask for Caleb. We stopped here for dinner during a long road trip from the Philadelphia area. The quality of the food we got for $37 was amazing! The waitstaff was super nice and the diners around us (families with little kids) were friendly and chatty. We had a great meal and break from the monotony of driving. When we stopped for the night hours later I realized I left my purse in the restaurant. It was midnight, we were 5 hours away, and they were closed. My husband said, "You'll never see that purse again". I called in the morning and was told they indeed had my purse and they were happy to mail it back to me! Whoa, can I say it enough...one great place to eat and enjoy a good time with friends! My wife and I have literally NEVER gotten a negative thought about the food and service at B o B's!
