Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Owensboro

I’m only leaving 1 star because there isn’t a option for me to leave no stars. I placed my order at 9:40 it said 25-35 mins which is fine. I get my pizza around 10:00-10:05 and i take a bite to find out they put pizza sauce on a spinach Alfredo pizza so i call, the first time i just got placed on hold for a few minutes so i just hung up and called again. When i called the second time they put the manager on the phone, Travis, and he immediately knew what had happened. He apologized and said they would make it correct and send it on it’s way. So at 10:45 i was thinking well i should check on the pizza since it isn’t here i call to only find out it has just now been put in the oven. 11:15 rolls around still no pizza, so i call again this time i’m a lot less nice on the phone because let’s face it i have waited nearly an hour and a half for my correct pizza. When i called back at 11:15 Travis just says “sorry it is out on the next delivery” living just down the street i thought okay this is the last straw. Pizza still doesn’t arrive until 11:30 just for the driver to be unaware of the prior issues and try to recharge me for my pizza. Needless to say i will not be getting food...

Worst pizza experience I have ever had. I waited over an hour and a half to receive my order. Once I did finally get it after two phone calls to the store the pizza had not even been properly baked. The crust was still doughy. If I am going to wait an hour on delivery, you could have at least properly baked my food. All I was told was that they were so busy, on a Wednesday night, but being busy is no excuse for undercooked food. The manager was extremely nice & did refund my order & said they would write me down for a replacement on my entire order. However, after this experience, my free replacement will probably be the only time I will order from this location again. One pizza was so doughy it was not even edible. By the time I finally received my order everyone was starving, including my toddler, & it was our bedtimes. We did not enjoy the food, ate what was edible because we were starving. This is ridiculous. There is no excuse for this kind of service & I work in the food...

I have never been more unhappy with any other place as I am with dominos tonight. Where did you get these type of employees? The heavy set girl named Lauren was clearly annoyed to even have to deal with a customer at all but when she finally rang me up she failed to give me my correct change I immediately noticed before ever putting it up and she rolled her eyes as she was mumbling under her breath and I was still kind and thought maybe she's having a bad day or something and told her to have a good night and hope things get better and as I walked out she actually said "bye b#h". I haven't decided whether or noti should call management tomorrow but I assume they already know what kind of person they hired. But we've gotten dominos every week for years and she has waited on us several times and is usually rude but usually not this blatantly disrespectful . Definitely going to let our family and friends know and this dominos has surely lost...
