Parlor Doughnuts — Restaurant in Owensboro

There was a misunderstanding and my husband did not pick up our $36 donut order yesterday. He did however spend around $20 in there. Anyways, II thought no big deal I will get them later that evening when I was going to Owensboro. I was unaware they closed at 4 pm and I was not in owensboro until later. (I have stopped at one in Evansville in the evenings before.) Still I thought no big deal I will get them tomorrow when I come to Owensboro and so I did but they had trashed the whole order and would not give me replacement donuts or a refund. These are THE BEST donuts and coffee in this town.They have quickly become my favorite place to take my grandson. My personal favorites are the superb KETO donuts and sugar free drinks. The prices (and flavors) are better then any other coffee shop in town. The menu has a wide variety of options. They have vegan & gluten friendly donuts AND offer warm breakfast sandwiches, hot & iced teas, and drink energizers. I visited Parlor Donuts this morning for the second time, and while I enjoy the donuts and coffee, the drive-through experience could use some improvement. My order was a latte with syrup and two donuts, but only one donut was given at first until I asked about the second. The total wait time was just over 15 minutes, which felt long for a smaller order.

The quality of the food and drinks is good, but quicker service and ensuring accuracy at the window would really make the experience much better. I’d love to see this improve, because the product itself is worth...
