Just came by once again For the first time since the last post. Asked for a warmed danish. Got it… it’s not warmed. It’s a 15 second microwave warm up which is kinda warm but mostly soggy… asked for a new one. I asked this mixed girl whom pretended she didn’t hear me, screamed what real loud, rolled her eyes and told me to go ask someone else. So I did Got the danish, Same thing. A this point Whatever I’ll warm it up at home. Then I get my drink which I ordered extra Crunch like always, and like always at this location, I didn’t get it. So I asked and guess who rolled her eyes whenever I needed it fixed. I don’t understand how every single one of my experiences despite being like six months apart can be so bad especially since it’s minimal contact. I order from the app I pay on the app and then I come inside and pick up. It’s almost as if the employees don’t actually read what they’re making. It’s almost as if they actually just don’t care. Like come on guys one ingredient can mess up someone’s entire $9 cup of coffee.
Just stopped by for the first time in forever because they’re usually really rude and never get the product right so guess what once again I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch with extra crunch waited incredibly long. After ordering online I get my drink and I realize that there’s not extra caramel crunch so I hand the drink back, The guy drive-through takes the drink Walks around with it for a little bit, brings it back to me and tells me it’s in there somewhere, lied to my face and send me on my way. There was no extra caramel crunch in it. I’m beyond beyond frustrated. It does not take a genius to make a coffee. I guess they reminded me why I...
Read moreToday I ordered my coffee ahead (which is normal for me). When I pull up, there is a HUGE line in the drive through. At least 25+ cars. So I try to go inside. Its locked. I hop in line because I've already ordered and paid for my drink. I call the store to see if I can cancel my order because I really don't have time to wait for 25 cars to go through and get their order. They don't answer. I call again. The lady that answers said they are short staffed and cannot open the lobby. I asked if I could cancel my order, she said they cannot do that over the phone and my option was to hop in line and wait. She mentioned they will most likely not have the lobby open all week because of staffing.
Here's the thing. I understand about staffing. I'm in charge of scheduling employees at my job and it's NOT easy. However, what I DO NOT understand is why the website/google/app is not updated to let customers know that the lobby is closed. I specifically checked on the app to make sure the lobby was open so I could run in, grab my coffee, and get on the road. I didn't have time to wait in line, but here I am waiting (and being late), because the websites are not up to date with accurate information.
Please Starbucks, update your media sites so we all know what we are getting into before we come. Also, please train your employees to be a little more sympathetic...
Read moreI don't really ever rate places low, but this visit was frankly unacceptable. I worked as a barista, and I know how busy it can get so I was trying to be sympathetic but it got to a point where I was quite irritated. I waited 40 minutes for one single drink. It wasn't even very complicated. I even asked what was up very nicely at the 25 minute mark and was told they would push out my drink and if not I would get a refund. Quite honestly the fact I wasn't offered a refund in the first place is not okay, I then went up again and asked at the 40 minute mark, after I had received my drink, for a refund. I was told, "that's just the holiday season" which is dismissive, flippant, and rude. I understand the holidays are busy but multiple people who came in 20+ minutes after me got their drinks quicker with more drinks on the order, and they were also mobile orders. I rated two stars instead of one because I did get two cards worth 4 dollars as well as my drink, but still I find this...
