Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Owensboro

I love Scooter's. I have loved them ever since they came to Owensboro. However, I haven't left a review until today. I stopped by the Frederica location this evening around 5:00. The 2 ladies that were working were SO nice and helpful! I had placed my order on app, but once I got there, I saw something else that caught my eye (the strawberry blossom matcha). After asking MANY questions about it, I decided to add one to my order to try. They added it to my order and scanned my app with no problem. They were the nicest girls! I go to Starbucks and they're out of my usual drink. "A Ventti Java Chip." I decided to go try "Scooters. "I ordered a Mounds Coffee drink" Oh! The drink was delicious but when I was at my last of it I thought it was a piece of the Mounds candy bar sitting at the bottom of the cup. "NO" it was a DOG bone treat. Was ordering and teens in the backseat who have never been were trying to decide what to try. Next thing you hear is the person on the other end saying if you can’t decide what to get don’t come through our drive thru with some choice words in between. Obviously she didn’t mean for us to over hear her and then lied at the window saying she wasn’t talking about us. Either way you only have one drive thru.
