This restaurant is absolutely amazing! I never write reviews, but I love this place so much that I never want them to go out of business, so I can keep eating there.
The first time eating there, I had never dined at a restaurant that exclusively served Thai food. The server understood and took the time to not only explain the menu, but the culture behind the food so that we could understand what each dish was and why it was that way.
The menu is extremely helpful because each item has a picture of the actual dish, so it is easy to tell what would be served. When the food comes out, it looks exactly like the picture, and the food is staged nicely on the plate.
Everything that I have ordered so far has been delicious, and it is hard for me to decide on a dish because they all look/are appetizing! It's also very filling. I leave stuffed every time.
Everybody that works there is very friendly, and they take pride in their work. The owner and their family cherish this place and it is refreshing and heartwarming to be a part of this, even if only as a customer.
The atmosphere of the dining is peaceful and quaint. It makes you want to savor every bite while you are there. I highly recommend...
Read moreDelicious Thai food, right here in Owensboro!! Very friendly staff and an open kitchen, though the rest of the restaurant could use an update. But the restaurant's condition is secondary to the delicious Thai food they serve, trust me. Excellent Pad Thai, the Panang Curry is rich and peanuty. But what I would truly recommend is the Kai Pad with homemade sauce, the chicken Pad Kraphow, or my personal favorite, the Kung Curry. Very authentic, more unusual dishes. The Wontons and the Spring Rolls are delicious, too. Get extra dipping sauce!
Be careful with the heat requests - they take their spice very seriously at Thai Food, and will sizzle your tongue right off!
Doesn't get much more fresh or authentic. Fast, excellent pick-up service. Will customize orders no problem.
Yummy yummy yummy. Owensboro is lucky to have...
Read moreI've eaten at Thai Food several times. I find the restaurant clean and well taken care of. The food is always fresh and well prepared, and the service is always attentive and knowledgeable. They offer a choice of spiciness levels 1 to 5. I've always loved the higher level spiciness, but the heat doesn't like me anymore. So, my level these days are level 2 which isn't spicy at all. I have dined with others who have done level 3 and 4. I understand the level 4 is quite spicy. If you're not sure, may I suggest order level 2 and then you can add the spice to suit your taste. I usually go with Pad Thai , but this time I had Pad Puk Rom which was excellent. For desert, my favorite is the sweet sticky rice with mango. If it's in season then, may I...
