Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Owensboro

Love the food ... Bad service .... Placed an order on the app I was told to pull forward and someone would bring me my food i assumed this meant pull around to the front where I usually park while they make the chips fresh... After 20 mins I went inside and my food was sitting on the counter ... The girl at the register was very apologetic, thank you for that (much appreciation, reason for the 2 stars) while the other girl who had apparently been the one who told me to pull forward was in the back not quietly enough expressing how it was my fault bc she told me to pull to the window.... Even if I misunderstood her wouldn't after 5...10.. 15 mins of not seeing the customer you told to pull forward for their food didn't show up you'd wonder something?!?!? Smh the girl at the register (deserves a raise) came back and said she would get her manager, still unsure why the girl who told me to pull forward didn't speak to me (deserves ...NVM), shortly after the girl at the register comes back again, no girl who told me to pull forward... No Manager, and explains that she'll have my food remade bc she's unsure of how long it had been sitting there! ... Very displeased .... If you make a mistake own up and apologize and move on ... As a manager if an employee tells you about an issue you should address it .... As for the the girl at the register your customer service was exceptional thank you! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ You...

Our first visit to a Zaxby's after hearing friends raving about other Zaxby's they've been to. The food was middle of the road and okay. The employees were friendly and the cashier patiently answered our questions without making us feel rushed. So far, so good...no real complaints.

The dining room was not in good shape. The tables were dirty, the area around the soda machine was wet and sticky, but the worst were the floors through the entire dining area that were incredibly greasy and slippery. I was being cautious as I walked, but the elderly lady using a cane at a nearby table had a lot of trouble walking on the slippery floors.

I would probably give Zaxby's another shot before I decide whether I like the chain as a whole... but I will maybe try a different location as this one seems to be a love it or hate it location with very...

I eat there 2 times a week and recently we have noticed that the restaurant is not being kept very well. The soda machine is dirty and the floor is always wet in front of it. We see multiple tables that are not cleaned at all yet done property or in a sanitary manner. The floors always have food lying in them. Employees coming into the dining room for break but never take pride or the initiative to jump in and right the ship. We were there today and complained to the part time manager who is by her words there once a week. Very poor operation and management, store and district need to get control of the place or they will not succeed in our town. Multiple people came in and had the same looks on there face when they could not find a clean table to set at. This needs corrected now. No excuse justifies that...
