Forgot to put the sandwich in the bag on an order totalling like $25... herded me out of the drive through like cattle before I could check... ruined lunch with my kid... I went back after lunch and told the story to the figity Jim Nabors of a manager... was looked at with a hint of skepticism and refunded for the price of the sandwich alone... I'm a businessman and have worked in customer service and the restaurant industry before, so I can commiserate... But I can also tell you this with confidence. You suck.
So, post your canned response saying that it was my fault for not checking the bag, or that you did all you could do to make it right. Or that you've only been open at that location for what, now, like a year??... And I'll just leave this 1-star...
