Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Oxford

We placed an online order for a steak and chicken bowl and a salad well I get there I always check about the dressing they reply we are out for the night. I told them I wish your app would have said that I wouldn’t have ordered. I drove across town and got some. I get home and I open my food!!! Omg it’s terrible my husbands bowl was pitiful and my salad lacked the main ingredient for a salad it had no salad. Had very very little rice a ton of sour cream which was fine and brown gauc and it had pieces of the side of the container where they scraped the container. We ordered at 9:15 they closed at 11. When we got there they had already emptied out almost the entire food area of everything. Needless to say I will be going to have my SALAD remade the correct way. I eat at the one on the other side so I was rather excited for another one on my side of town. Needless to say we will never return again to the SISK AVE location. I will continue to go to the one on JACKSON from now on atleast they make the food correctly!!!! And you get what you pay for. My gauc I guess they were out so I had chunks of an avocado mixed in with whatever little bit was in there. Very displease with my service...

I ordered on the app and set it to pick up through the drive through. I ended up waiting almost an hour to get my food. Lady at the window didn’t even say anything when she finally opened the window, just glared at me. Got my food and was missing the large queso I ordered, so I had to go inside anyways to get that taken care of. Food was okay, not as big of a proportion as what you would get from inside. So I’m not sure what to do, either go through drive through and wait forever in a day or go inside and feel rushed and they get it wrong anyways. I hope it improves but this has been ongoing for...

I’ve never been so rushed at a Chipotle before. The workers were rude and they just wanted us to order as fast as possible and move on down the line! I have a large family and it takes a minute for us to figure out what we all want when ordering upfront at these types of restaurants. My kid and their grandma were asking me questions and the employee just keeps talking over them asking me what I want on my order. We do not frequently come to Chipotle. We won’t be coming back...
