Went through drive through for 3 iced coffees and donuts. Service wasn't bad but wasn't really fast either for approximately 8 pm and no one else in drive through. The wait time seemed a bit long for the iced coffees because we were in the car long enough for me to take several pics of mall area and drive through sign and log onto a application and do a ck in for Dunkin donuts so probably easily there 5 mins. Hopefully the service is faster during the day for people heading to work. During the Christmas shopping rush they definitely must speed up the service or they will have upset customers. The coffee was good but and a big but, got large coffee and my ex husband ordered mine, I never get sugar in my coffee, however he ordered all 3 with sugar. When we got home, had about 1/8-1/4 in cup, omg I got this horrible taste and super sweet, I looked at the cup and saw this white that measured 3-4 of the little lines on a ruler of sugar, to me that is way too much especially if they are putting it in not a customer but my problem was it wasn't even mixed in with the coffee, it was like cement stuck on the bottom of the cup and I do routinely when I get iced coffee or any stir it and do a few times while drinking because of the ice melting and to mix in but even if you mix it's solid blob on the bottom you can't stir or blend it in with a straw and there is nothing else even inside that can stir this size drink. Some how this needs a remedy but it was good but people should put in own sugar because depending on person it's a bit too much sugar. The coffee and donuts are...
Read moremy first Dunkin'Donuts experience here was good & fast but recently it has been very slow. i always give myself plenty of time to get coffee & get to work on time, & DD is still making me late. The way the line is set up for the drive through once your in your trapped and have to hope the service is quick so you can get through in a decent amount of time. i usually only get a coffee and expect to be in and out... i understand once in awhile you get somebody who orders the whole menu in the drive-though then you got to sit and wait 10-15 min's for one car. but its a whole other issue when the line isn't moving because you have an employee talking to a car that already has their food/drink and holding up the line. some of us have places to be. so you can thank Oxford Dunkin'Donuts employee Sam for the two star review. very disappointed in seeing service like that from such a talked up coffee chain company. I sincerely hope this issue gets taken care of soon, the rest of your customers will appreciate it. The other employees seem to actually be working but i am really considering taking my...
Read moreI frequent this Dunkin and am sad to say that it's gotten worse over the years. Customers routinely come in and stand at the counter waiting for someone to help them even though there are several employees "working". There are far too many young employees with no adults or good management. Staff is semi-friendly but not very focused. I've had my order "forgotten" because they were too busy talking to each other or on their phones. If there are a lot of younger employees there at once, the coffee usual tastes like hot water because they're too busy talking to focus on orders. Customers often get treated like they are an inconvenience because they're interrupting the employees conversations. Management needs to either hire responsible employees or let the staff know that they are there to work and have conversations when/if time and business allow. Not the other way around. The music selection is an awful blend of R&B and club music but I realize thats more of...
