Fox's Pizza Den Oxford MS — Restaurant in Oxford

If I could leave a negative star I would. First off it took an hour to get our appetizer. When it arrived it was inedible and when the waitress served it she literally said “I’m sorry that doesn’t look like it normally does, I’ll comp it.” We don’t want free food, we want it made to be edible. And then we got our entrees. Fries and burger were freezing cold and had no add ons I paid for. She took it back to the kitchen and literally wiped the fries off the plate and got me hotter ones but didn’t touch the burger or the fact it wasn’t made properly. She also said she would comp that from our meal as well. I got the check and saw she only took half the cost of the burger off even though it was inedible. After our meal was done she handed us our check and said “hopefully your day is better after this meal”. Ordered pizza for take out, got home with the wrong pizza, called them to tell them, we were told to return it. When we got there, the staff had a bad attitude and slammed the pizza in the sink.. they hadn’t even started making the correct pizza. No apology, no “would you like a soda while you wait”, just a bad attitude. After we got home we decided to call them back and tell them that the customer service was poor in handling the situation. They said they had a video showing that they showed the pizza to us when picked up.. that was a complete lie. They also said we brought the pizza back “half eaten” also not true.. we picked the toppings off of three slices to give to the already hungry children before we had to “return” the wrong pizza. We’ve never had a problem before tonight.. and always enjoyed Fox pizza. But we won’t...

Poor customer service!! I placed an order over the phone and the female repeated the order back. When my husband brought the food home it was missing the salad so I called and was told by the female the salad was ordered after the pizza order had already been placed 🫤NOT TRUE THE ORDER WAS PLACES AT THE SAME TIME. My husband had to drive all the way to Fox pizza to pick up the salad and which I told him I did not want due to the female ATTITUDE. The fact that she lied about the salad being ordered after instead of saying sorry we forgot to give him the complete order is poor service!!
