Taco Bell — Restaurant in Oxford

The food was great as usual!! The only reason I'm giving a 4☆ is because the person that called my name (Dosh) pronounced it Dash. To be sure I said Dosh? They gave me the craziest look when I took the bag.

I waited to write this because I wanted to give them multiple chances. The first time we dined in when they first opened. We are vegetarians, and they messed up our order and put meat in it. (They have a vegetarian menu). Thankfully we dined in and they fixed it there. The next two times were take out (ordered inside not even drive through so I can get my point across). Both times we got meat, today I ordered a cheese quesadilla and got a chicken quesadilla. Not to mention the quality of the Mexican pizza was poor, it tasted like they fried it in burnt oil. I used to go to the Taco Bell on hwy 78 and probably will have to go back there now and drive...

This place will not last. I walk inside because I wasn’t sure what I wanted and didn’t want to hold up drive thru even though there was no line, I walk to the counter waiting for someone to take my order and I was just over looked, I said excuse me do you have to order at the self checkout counters? He said for now you do and kept walking and disappeared, I’m sure I’m not the only one who doesn’t know how to run the most recent technology. To me the guy was rude and not helpful at all, will not be back, remember especially the baby boomers are old school and are use to communicating...
