Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Oxford

This was my second time trying Chipotle. This was the best experience. I'm so glad I gave this location a try. This Chipotle's atmosphere, staff, and quality of food was amazing. I highly recommend you try this location before you give up on Chipotle altogether. I'm so grateful I did. Now I see what the rave is all about... CHIPOTLE is 😋 DELICIOUS!! These ladies and gentlemen blessed my soul! 🙌🏾 I will definitely be back time and time again. My son and I had planned to eat there, but the portions were so much that we had to get tops to take the rest home. Even the chips here are amazing. It's worth every dime spent. My tap pay card was acting up, and the cashier was very patient. GREAT JOB OXFORD EXCHAGE CHIPOTLE MEXICAN GRILL 🫡 brown rice bowl with chicken, a little black beans, bell peppers and onion, lettuce, tomatoes, queso, mozzarella cheese, guacamole, and sour cream and a side tortilla 😋 my son had steak. He said, "it was equally delicious." 😋 it was his first time.. Great positive memory we created together ❤️ thank you, Chipotle...

EDIT: Decided to give them another chance and this time was much better! Bowls were full and young man at the window was very nice.

I scarcely complain about food from any establishment. Well Chipotle Oxford just took the cake.

Checked my food before I left. I told the young man at the pick-up window my concerns/other experiences, young lady who I’m assuming is the manager, came over and asked me what the problem was. I told her what I told him. She said the bowls were that way because I did not order rice in them. I explained we have gotten them without rice before and they have been more full than that. She said she could give me some sides of lettuce..

I said okay.

These were $9.45 and $13.45 respectively, just to give everyone an idea. That’s a joke for them being less than half...

10/10 experience! i went around 11:30 for lunch and i am so glad i did. i was greeted with a warm and friendly smile. i felt somewhat overwhelmed being it was my first time, but the worker answered all my questions in a very polite manner. i was ecstatic to see they have plant based meat which is very hard to find at restaurants in oxford. i ended up getting the burrito bowl, side of chips + queso, and a tasty mango drink which i can’t remember the name of. my only complaint is that the chips were very salty but it was an easy fix. the cashier was very nice as well. as long as every experience is like this, chipotle in oxford has gained a new, loyal customer. i left so happy, refreshed, and FULL.
