I am a traveling professional that makes weekly visits to this location. Each visit in the past has been great, until this week's. My weekly purchase is approximately $40 to $50 dollars as I purchased dinner for my entire family. Today, the service was very slow and most items had to be prepared and cooked so I waited patiently for close to 25 minutes. No one told me prior to waiting that it would take longer and I didn't mind as I knew I would be receiving fresh food. When the food was ready, the young lady Anna packaged it as normal. I paid for the meals prior to waiting, and once they were ready, I asked if I could have a free fountain drink since I waited longer than usual and another young lady, very rudely said "we told you that you had to wait, no you can't have a drink". She may have been a manager, however it is very poor and unsatisfactory customer service rendered today to someone that spends more than $200 a month at this location. A drink costs only $2 bucks and honestly for waiting 25 minutes, one of the meals should have been reimbursed. Read moreI have gone by this restaurant many times after work to pick up dinner. My last two visits were very disappointing. (I suspect new managers???) They aren't keeping the food cooked and out. I have to specifically ASK for my favorites (normal entrees that should be replenished). They look at me like it's unusual for someone to want black pepper chicken or mixed vegetables and are willing to wait.... It then takes at least 10 minutes for them to get them out. The first time this happened I made the mistake of ordering everything at once (which they served up on my plate BEFORE the remaining item was even cooked). My entire meal was cold before I got the one entree that I wanted because I suspect the cooks didn't hear the order. Very unorganized and not good communication between the servers and cooks. The cooks (2 of them) look clueless. Other customers were as frustrated as I was last night. One customer even stood up to leave and gave the entire staff a very rude hand gesture. Read moreWe went through the drive through and ordered one plate, which is 2 entrees and 1 side, 1 order of spring rolls (which comes with 2) and 2 chicken egg rolls. We only received the plate and 2 spring rolls, so I called to tell them they left out our egg rolls. They said okay come back with your receipt. Not a problem, we go back and they have the nerve to tell me that they looked on footage and seen that all the rolls were put in a bag and basically called me a liar! I’m not upset because it’s just egg rolls but to be called a liar when we CLEARLY did NOT receive the eggrolls is low! Panda Express, you KNOW that you did not see more than TWO spring rolls get put into the bag! Very upset with the customer service! Then a manager came and said she’s the one that fixed our order, I don’t care who fixed it, it was wrong! This is ridiculous! Plus I donated for charity through them! They are full of it!
