Wendy's — Restaurant in Oxford

I have still not heard from the store or corporate about this issue.

First I'd like to say I had a problem here before. 3 months ago I had a problem with two girls at night. And recently I went there to get a chicken sandwich one night and when I left and tried to eat my chicken sandwich it had been refried at least three times and was like a piece of rubber tire. I went back to get another chicken sandwich and they gave me the cheaper chicken sandwich. I went back again and got the correct sandwich and the girl wouldn't take the other sandwich back so I dropped it on the ground outside the drive-thru window. The next time I went back to get an order I was told that I was not allowed in the restaurant I was also told by a new fella that seemed to think he was a tough guy with tattoos that if I thought I was going to get my food without spit I was wrong. It's obvious that the franchisee of this restaurant does not give a shit who he hires and he'll keep anybody just to keep the place open. As far as I'm concerned Wendy's needs to do something about this location. I absolutely do not recommend this location. Wendy's is a fine company. It seems they have a problem with a careless franchisee in Oxford...

This is by far one of the worst Wendy's we've been to. Went there last Saturday evening around dinner time, pulled into the drive through and there were about 4 cars in line. It took 20 minutes for 4 cars to order. When we finally made it to the order speaker, we sat for a couple minutes and no one greeted us. So I just started saying our order and a girl says "please wait a minute". I waited a couple more minutes and still nothing. Finally, I asked if anyone was actually working in there or just standing around and screwing off. A guy responds and say I need to be patient. To which I replied "I'm going somewhere else". As I'm driving past the window, to which only one car was waiting ahead of me, there were 4 employees standing around inside DOING NOTHING. I couldn't see any customers in line inside, and there was only one car who was waiting on food in the drive through. These incompetent, lazy people were causing customers to wait a VERY long time to order their food FOR NO REASON. Workers like them not only bring shame to themselves and their families, but the business they are supposed to be WORKING for. Avoid this place and go across the street...

This place is ran by rude/lazy people that you can tell just gate their jobs. There was a line going outside the door and the drive thru was wrapped around the building. No lie, it took me 27 minutes from the time I pulled into the drive thru till the time I finally got my food. I understand places get busy but there was absolutely zero hustle by anybody there. I even saw an employee standing there on her phone, not doing any work. Absolutely ridiculous. They need to be retrained on how to deal with rush hour because what they're doing now is awful. It was also expensive as hell. One combo meal (medium) and a pie was over 20 dollars. That's the last time I will ever visit that Wendy's ever again and if you're planning on going, make sure you set aside a half hour because that's the best case scenario on how long it's going to...
