So my daughter and I were out tonight at the Collection and she decided she wanted ice-cream. She ordered a milky bun waited and got her order only for there to be a black hair in it her hair is blonde.When she told them of the issue and requested a refund thay refused...offerings to re make it insteaf..Im sorry please explain why would anyone trust you to make them another item when you got hair in the first!!!! I loved this place from the moment we walked in. They greeted us right away and let us know what to expect. The staff was friendly and informative plus had suggestions since it was our 1st time.
