Family and I attended there on a Sunday for their brunch as they have mariachi. Prior to go I did call to get info about pricing , times and mariachi. I was informed brunch started at 10 and suggested to arrive early and atleast half of our party needed to be there in order to be sat as there is no reservation. I was also told that mariachi would be there the whole time and would take a break around 1-1:30 and then return. The day of we did arrive early and I did have a cake as we were celebrating a birthday, security informed there would be a cake cutting fee (which we weren’t told about over the phone) also we never even cut the cake and was still charged. We spoke with Tracey the supervisor and she said regardless of cutting it or not that is the fee to just bring it in which was $20, had we cut it and used thier silverware and platting I understand. When it came to seating it was very did organize. Also being that apt family where there and elderly they only had two tables that were not high tops, we did have our grandparents with us and our only option was a high too table which was hard for them to get up and down. When it came to drinks and food. Our server only took 3 out of the 10 ppls drink and we had to cont to ask for our drinks. We were told brunch didn’t start till 11 and when the food was ready we were never notified (this was our first time there) we just seen ppl getting up so we just followed the lead. The restrooms are EXTREMELY DARK! I had to use my flashlight to help my son and grandma use the restroom. Oh and mariachis didn’t arrive till about 12-12:30 and when we asked our server prior to that time she said they had arrive and we’re getting ready and would be playing shortly which that wasn’t the case. For the price we paid and experience we had that will be our first and...
Read moreWent there for the Sunday brunch. It was not too busy and there were several open tables. I picked a table and waited for someone to get my drink order. I waited over 5 minutes. one girl that worked there was on her phone and another was going around filling mimosa glasses, and walked right by me 2x and didn't say anything. I walked up to one of them while they were holding up the wall, and had to ask how I can get a drink. The buffet set up in the back room was kind of sketchy, and was only OK, definitely NOT worth $35. When I came back out with my food someone had taken my table so I had to find another spot to sit! The waitress thought I was done and took my drink that I had one sip out of. wow. Not off to a good start. I almost just walked out.
The mariachi band played one song when I first got there and then went on break for almost an hour! I paid $57.50 to be there (35 for buffet, 15 for endless mimosas, and a 7.50 modelo) I waited 50 min to hear them. I kept track of the time. They were very good but pretty lame they have a 3 hour show and only perform about half of it. On their break they were all eating. Eat before or after your 3 hour show. Lol. I understand they need a break. But an hour at a time? I heard one group ask if they were done.
Not worth the $$. staff has no clue what they are doing. It must have been everyone's first day on their own was the impression. Waist of money. Don't go there for the buffet....
Read moreI enjoy this place before the pandemic, now things have change. We arrived with a party of 10 as we were in line our party grew, family spread the word and more family members arrive. When we knew more family was arriving we asked if we could be accommodate the near by tables? Obviously we would not fit on one table; that is why I was hopping we would at least get tables close by.. we arrived and we waited in line before the place open.. while we were waiting for the waitress to sit us down. Tables were been taken up.. yet while in line our group was the 3rd in line. Now it seamed that every one else that was in line was been seated; sadley our group still had no seats because the waitresses could not handle such a big group. I was disappointed in the seating arrangements something simple was turned into a something difficult; having a Hispanic family seating arrangements are always fun & practical. Sadley we now know that Copper Blues does not know how to seat a large group..(30) our business will be taken else where for family gatherings.. saw many friends, co workers, hopefully one day the greeters & waitresses will learn how to handle a...
