What a bummer. What happened to this place? We used to love it as a family. Even though we knew the service was going to be bad and our food would come out in different times with no plates or utensils, and our drinks from the bar would drag and arrive after our food, we still went. Because we love the wings and the street tacos. But last night, sealed the deal. We cannot keep wasting our money on a terrible dining experience. The wings were good. But they were tossed on the table with no way of eating them so we all just looked at them. I was still waiting for my drink also. Eventually they brought plates and napkins. His burger came next. Still no beer for me. They were having an issue with how to ring up a black and tan. He finishes his burger and the tacos finally come. Cold and tiny and covered in so much cilantro to hide the lack of chicken in them. Just bad. The manager comes with my beer that I no longer want and she implies that it was my fault due to my contemplation for it that it arrived late. I said no, they couldn’t figure out how to ring it in. I explained how bad the tacos looked and the overall experience… she couldn’t care less. She looked at me like I was complaining for nothing. After all the trouble of how to ring in a black and tan (I told them… ring in the guiness and tell the bartender to make a black and tan- too complicated I guess) they just comped it. Anyway. It was super slow, a Monday night and everything dragged and was horrible like it was a packed Friday. I dumped the little bit of one taco into the other one to make a full taco for myself but it was cold and way too much cilantro. So bummed because I used to love them. Even my kids ordered them this time because they had tried mine in the past. But they didn’t eat much of theirs either. Or just bit the parts with meat in in and left the rest of the tortilla. Street tacos!!! They’re tiny. Anyway. The servers were nice as always but just aren’t trained well to prep the table properly and give decent service. The management is young and probably isn’t paid enough to care. Not sure what the deal with the bartender was. Damn. I’ve never run into that problem. All the bartenders I’ve ordered a black and tan from always know how to pull it off. Anyway. So bummed to say that it will be our last time there. It’s just too expensive to keep putting up with a terrible dining experience. And this time the food wasn’t up to par either. Fries...
Read moreThis is Mixed review. My wife and I love to take our nephews out every once and a while 7 and 9 to show them a good time. We where in the neighbor hood and I love this place, because of the food and the sports. The different combinations of souses and wings is second to non. The combinations of different sports playing live is awsome, because there is never a dull moment. However! I usually sit at the bar, where the service is perfect. But as my first time as a family experience with kids It sucked. Excuse my language. But What the F for failure. We walk in the hostess was nice stumbled with where to put us. Then chose a seat. there where probably 30 tables in that main entrance area and 5 of them with families filling them up. It was early afternoon so I am sure there was a shirt change. But it was at least 15 minutes for anyone to say hello to us. As business owner this is my pet peeve 5 employees standing around chatting with each other. I know it was a slow time in the day, but team work people. If our server was behind she needs to ask for help, and all those employees need to notice us sitting there waiting for some attention. When she finally did we put our oder in too we had plenty of time. The drinks to about 10 minutes to get there then the food another 30 minutes. 3!!!! When the food got there it was bones and we ordered boneless. at that point we have two starving kids who we want to share this great experience with and the are filled up on drinks twice and are probably losing their appetite. So I must mention we have been there for 55 minutes and no food. after and order it shouldn't take more then 30 minutes and now it is another 15 minutes. The games where entertaining the food was great but the service was terrrible.
They did give us a food goof discount, but man. We want a good experience...
Read moreWent there on a non busy, and I've been here when it's busy, Monday evening and our poor waiter seemed to be the only one on the floor despite there being a huge number of superfluous staff just standing around chatting with each other. There had to be 7 staff just idling about literally doing nothing productive. It took 10 minutes to be seated and another 30 minutes for our waiter to have a moment to take our drink orders. The food was fine and to order but as we're waiting we're watching our waiter have to bus the table next to use and sweep the floor with an ancient straw broom. Like, this guy was running the entire god damned restaurant. I'd figure he'd probably cooked our food too. He looked so over rushed like a single parent having to do late work but also tutor for the middle schooler, make dinner all while holding a toddler. Some how he managed to present a very professional demeanor despite literally being this place's Atlas, holding the restaurant on his shoulders; and if this wasn't the case and the server just had bad time management skills the goram manager should have insured other staff were picking up the slack. Regardless, I believe it was the former not the later, the whole experience would have been ruined if there was something wrong with the food. So many useless people just standing around right next to us when clearly this waiter needed support! I just can't even convey how shocked the three of us were. I'm not even over exaggerating this damned experience. This is my Buffalo Wild Wings, the place I was introduced to wings from. I've been here so many times. They've never been as abysmal ...
