Pulled up in the left lane of the drive thru and waited then the girl proceeded to take the person in the right lane which arrived after me but I was like no biggie but after waiting 8 minutes no one acknowledged me and someone else had already pulled up in the other with the same result so I drive to the window and that’s when they ask what my order was the girl looked high from what I saw. I told Im still trying to order. So not even saying sorry she said “what can I get you” I’m like no sorry but alright. Give my order pull up to the next window where in greeted with a hand sticking out with my drink, no hi no nothing but I’m still patiently waiting for my food when she tells me to pull up to the drive thru parking where I was greeted with and older worker with an attitude “ you know you can park anywhere” but I was told to park in number 1 so I waited. She looked back like if I’m dumb or something so I wait another ten minutes in the drive thru parking with still no food. So I decide to go inside and sure enough it’s just sitting then but when I walk in no one acknowledges me until I kind of wave one down and finally I get asked “have you been helped?” And it old them I was waiting on my order and all I got was “oh that’s your order?” “Here you go” and just put it’s on the table with an attitude. I thought for me waiting so long the food was gonna be so good and hot I was going to burn myself like the little girl with the nugget. But no burger cold and the fries soggy. Funny thing is the put a free meal ticket in the and then forgot to take me my food. Oh the irony. Not my first...
Read moreWhat is there to say about this Mickey Dee’s? Mickey Don’ts. Seriously, McDonald’s for the whole you know what you’re going to get and it’s usually a positive experience that keeps you smiling, coming back for Happy Meals, Big Macs, the fries and so on… Well, what is good? Um… the location, I guess. It’s near the freeway. But that’s about it. And the brand. But the brand of this location is tarnished. Truly it’s a 2 star experience, and there’s nothing Golden about these particular arches. The service is slow and inefficient. The sweet tea recipe is way off, making it waaay too sweet to the point of being undrinkable. The workers there are nice enough. I imagine they work hard. But there seems to be challenges in training or perhaps management or ownership or operations? Is it possible to blame the employees themselves? Not really. As there are many great places operating in the Oxnard area. Including other McDonald’s. Almost every time I’ve been to the drive thru, the order gets goofed up. Especially during breakfast time. Sometimes you can’t even choose to go inside because it’s closed. And c’mon… we’re now post-COVID. Lack of staff? Short-staffed? There’s got to be a root cause. I still stand by my 2 stars. So here’s a message to the powers that be… Please get to the bottom of all this. Whether at a regional or corporate level or better training or whatever needs to get done. As mentioned this location is convenient. Once you’ve made the changes, I’d be willing to reconsider it as a Mickey Do’s. But until then I’ll take my McDonald’s elsewhere… and...
Read moreAt this McDonald's somebody walked in to deliver Starbucks drinks to employees no fascial coving on and none on hand MANAGER Seemed to be less than concerned and never once asked that person to put one on or leave. Second of all when they have a parked car and they ask a cashier alreardy wearing gloves to take out the order it would be common sense to me to first take off the gloves wash my hands dry them put on fresh gloves then take out the food but she did not do that in fact she took out the food in gloves she had handled money with touched the dirty door handle and proceed back with the order because it was incorrect. She explained the problem to the manager and they proceed to rebag the food with fresh while leaving the house dirty contaminated bag in the food bin where fresh food comes out. Never once did any runner for park cars ever stop to wash there hands or change there gloves. Personally when all tables are CLEARLY MARKED CLOSED shouldn't that rule empiy to all employees and there friends off the street? Great so McDonald's has tables outside to accommodate their customers what good are they when they are so dirty the ground is probably cleaner, you polity ask them to clean a table for you and they just roll their eyes at you and say I guess so by the time they get around to it your food cold. WOW what has happened to the Woods Family! PLEASE PLEASE COME BACK! You are doing nothing to stop the spread of covid-19 if anything you're only help it. It a shame and shame on you. By customer service really really...
