Terrible experience here. Threatening, harassing, disrespectful staff member. I came here to dine with my family this week, I was very excited to try the ramen. The cashier, Angel T, was immediately annoyed when I inquired about the different ramen bowls. She asked if this was dine on or to go, I said I would love to dine in and asked her if it was ok if other people in my party can sit with me since they will order from other food stands, she didn’t answer my question and continued to be short with me. (Any ramen lover knows ramen is best eaten fresh and piping hot!). I paid, and found a table among their seating area to wait for my order. Another staff member comes to ask if I am dine in or take out, checks my receipts and sends Angel T to my table. Angel T becomes aggressive, threatens me and causes a scene in front of a long line of customers. She informs me she is the manager here and she proceeds to grab my order which I politely declined it and asked for a refund. How someone like this is in a manager position is beyond me. She lacks respect, compassion and care with customers, basic communication skills with zero ability to resolve issues. I hope management and the owner recognize how this poor service reflects upon their restaurants. They are most definitely not “serving good vibes”. Zero stars for this place. Proceed with caution.

Finally get to try this ramen place after months of hearing about their opening, popped by a few times in the past month but they were always closed for training from 1-5 and if after 5, the lines were too long! After we were done with movies today around noon, popped in and so happy to see they were open and no lines! The cashier confirmed that they are now fully operational. Since it was our first time, she explained the types of broth they have and protein as well as carbs. Asked for recommendation, she prefers the blaze and I went for it with pork belly while my husband opted for the classic with chicken. Got a table, one of the last ones that were not occupied, the food took about 10mims to arrive. First impression: huge bowl! First taste: very creamy broth with a tinge of sweetness! Noodles were firm and slightly chewy in a good way, they needed to soak a little more before they take on flavor of broth. The star: definitely pork belly - Wow, amazingly flavorful with a slight crunch. It was delicious with 2nd spice level, not overwhelmingly spicy, just perfect for a chilly day. My husband's chicken was delicious as well and flavorful but a tad disappointed with the ratio and price - wish it was a little more protein than carb, it was a very fulfilling meal nonetheless

Like most reviewers said, the wait for takeout is extremely long! I ordered in person for takeout because there aren't a lot of dine-in tables and there was an obviously long wait for a table when you see all tables filled. Cashier seemed to encourage take out because of this, which I was fine with since the rest of my party ordered elsewhere. I only ordered 3 appetizers- Pork bun, Gyoza, Spicy chicken bun. It took at least 40+ minutes to get it. The restaurant prioritizes getting dine-in food out first. I can understand a long wait when people already had their food order in before me, but not when I see dine-in customers of at least 3 adults on a table who came 15+ mins after me and my paid order, then get their full dish meals before my small appetizer order. My friends/family who went to other restaurants in the food court, waited in line and still got their meals before I did!?

I personally come here regularly and I’ve Always. Always had a warm experience with amazing food, and kind, respectful staff. They do not get enough credit for their kindness and their dedication to not only customer service but their establishment policies. I sadly have seen a number of occasions where customers have treated the staff very poorly, they were out of line, and plain immature adults. My heart goes out to them that no matter what they stay true to their beliefs and values and continue on with their day. Please come dine here, you might see a review of a lady on here with 1 star? She didn’t ask to dine in, yet took her takeout order, sat in front of me and refused to leave when the manager politely communicated their policy about dine in bc take out. The seats are reserved for DINE IN. So she was screaming and cussing at the poor manager, out of line, just the worst behavior of a grown woman I’ve ever seen. Don’t believe it. This place is authentic and of coarse delicious! My favorite soup is the classic...
