Starbucks — Restaurant in Oxnard

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this Starbucks, this is my go to coffee store every morning. It can get full @ times so I would use the mobile order & order ahead. What's great is their Baristas get to know you & are really inviting. Asking how your day is going, to knowing your order & being quick & efficient.

The Manager Shan is a gem 💎, idk how she does it. Knows customers names, manages her staff well & they look like they enjoy working with her? I also want to throw a shout out to Jacob who makes the best coffee, idk but I can always tell when he makes my coffee, knocks it out of the park every time.

This Starbucks is also one of the few remaining Starbucks that still sells Starbucks reserve coffee, which not all sell. If u haven't had any, treat yourself to some, it's their top shelf coffee. Overall always a great experience, to the point where I DNT go to any other Starbucks if I DNT have to.

They're located @ the Collection as well. So there are plenty of options for shopping, dining & entertainment after you grab a great cup of coffee & a smile @ the Starbucks @...

Best Starbucks experience I’ve ever had which is very big considering I go to Starbucks all the time . Shannon and Julie at the town center location were hands down the best employees ever !!! I was already feeling so bad that I had a total of 9 drinks that I had to get since it was for my job but they were absolutely a huge help !!! I kindly asked for a bag since it was 9 drinks I had to carry by myself and I couldn’t hold the two carriers and still make it all the way to my car so Shannon asked Julie if she can please get me a box and Julie cut up a box and made sure it fit right to the height of the drinks so it wasn’t too big . Then the whole process of me putting the drinks into the box Shannon kept asking me if I was doing okay and If it was working out . I totally would’ve tipped them if I had cash on me but sadly I only had my company’s card . They definitely were a huge help and didn’t make me feel bad at all for all the drinks I had ordered like some other Starbucks have . Forever the location...

Last time I went to this location, the girl behind the counter managed to complete three full personal conversations before helping the couple in front of me... making us sit there to wait for around five minutes until SHE was ready.

Today I picked up our online order to to find out that they were out of of two ingredients... one of them being honey. Honey!?! A coffee/tea shop that doesn’t have honey in stock... 🤔 Ok. So it happens right!?! So why when I roll up to the counter the girl goes “No syrup, no honey... here ya go!” and walks off. Wow. It’d be too easy to say that’s a young thing, or generational thing... more like a poor management thing. Management that does not even realize that having honey on hand for tea drinking customers, and a staff that asks if the change is ok is probably a necessity.

Do yourself a favor and visit the Starbucks over in the Esplanade Shopping Center. They have a super friendly staff and by the looks of the location.. great...
