I hate this Chipotle the whole line of workers need to be replaced Very Rude!!! Protein Portion size is Ridiculous I had to ask twice for more only for her to take a pitch and tell me that she’s not allowed to give more then decide what you ask for extra side of Cheese 😁ridiculous I had to ask twice for more only for her to take a pinch of Barbacoa and tell me that she’s not allowed to give more than the size where you ask for extra side of cheese or guacamor whatever that’s the portion size of the protein and it’s not even filled or packed in I can’t believe it everyone in line was upset with the size of their portions only to be not even greeted by rude nasty workers Who wanna say oh if you want more it’s double give me the correct question amount who wants to spend $13 on a bowl with no meat you’re going to lose a lot of business this way everyone in that line was upset with their portion size I was not the only person that spoke out and if you go back and look at the time I believe it was around between 745 to 8 o’clock everyone in the whole line if you run the video back is complaining about their portion size and all of the line workers were rude and nasty “the company tells us to give you!” I’m gonna write a review every day until you guys change the line of work is that you have in there and let them understand that customer service comes first it’s not going to kill you to give a little more beast and the portion sizes are very unfair if I have been someone of their nationality they would have overfilled my bowl I’ve seen them...

Food was great, as usual. But they really need to figure out a way to manage their to go orders. When I went to pick mine up, their counter had at least 5 orders done and ready for pick up, including mine. But there was a line of people waiting for pick up and the folks in charge of pick up kept putting together more orders instead of handing out the ones they already finished and clear out the line. I waited almost 10 minutes for my food which was done and just sitting on the counter. You can do better chipotle.

Updated 3 July. Service and order accuracy continue to be ABYSMAL here. Chipotle HQ should take not of the shoddy management. No one is rude at the location, but its like no one has been trained in customer service, expediting orders, organization, basic stuff. Placed order at 5pm for 520pm pickup. Got my order quickly because no one was in line ahead of me. Order was missing one whole entree. After letting staff know, cashier asked the line for my entree. I watched for TEN minutes not a single person act and make my order. Nor did the cashier check up and keep on them. After 10 mins I had to say I'm STILL waiting. It was another 5 minutes after that before I got it. Oh, and one of the original entree burritos was cold by the time I got home. Not warm or room temp. Cold. Lowering from 3 stars to 2 stars. Keep it up Chipotle and it'll be 1 star and...

I don’t normally complain about my service here because it’s usually mediocre but it’s chipotle and it’s hard to mess up the food but today thoroughly disappointed me. I was standing in line waiting to be greeted and place my order for about 2-3 mins while two employees were standing there discussing something. I’m not sure what they were talking about but whatever happened to “hello, I’ll be with you shortly” or something to that effect? Then I get to the register and two other employees were talking and clearly not paying attention because I already asked for chips and a salad dressing. The cashier interrupted the other employee to ask me if I wanted anything else and I repeated chips, salad dressing and an apple juice. As I was pulling up my code for the chips, my order was bagged, or at least I thought. I paid for my order and went home. When I got home and opened my bag, there was no apple juice or salad dressing and my chips were stale, mind you I paid for my food a little less than an hour after they opened so I don’t understand how my chips were stale. I checked my receipt and got charged for the Apple juice so of course they offer me one free drink for the inconvenience. The service today was beyond disappointing. Go to the Clinton location or even the one in Suitland. This one is not worth...
