Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings — Restaurant in Maryland

Visited charley today and order 48$ worth of food, wasn’t really happy with it because I know they can do better, Let’s start with my wings, apparently they were fried hard or been sitting for a long time to the point they were not edible, rock solid hard, good favor but couldn’t eat them because they was hard. Also I asked for ranch on the side the contact the ranch came in barely had ranch in it, it wasn’t filled , I asked the expo girl could I have another because I ordered 10 wings, she stated she had to charge me then ended up giving it to me for free, Secondly I ordered a chicken California, and 2 chicken teriyaki subs, my subs had little to no lettuce on it, along with my bread being soggy The best part about my meal was the lemonades, I ordered a blueberry and a peach I’m really big on customer service it was good but the quality of the food wasn’t, hopefully they fix it up if not I will travel to va jus for a good...

I went to Charlie's today to get a steak and cheese sandwich. I ordered my food and Everything seemed pleasant enough until I had to return my food. I should have checked my food before I left the store. My fault. When I returned what got me was the ugly attitude I received in returning my food. They totally screwed my order up and they were mad at me. The audacity. Never will I spend another dime in that place. And the cook. He has these long dreadlocks with no hair net. I lost my money and my appetite today because the second sandwich they gave me made my stomach turn. Highly disappointed !!!!!!!!! Look at the pic. Does this look like it's tasty. Dry sandwich. The Chicken Philly always hits! It’s just so good hot, and of course, the food comes out fast! The employees here are always so kind and always try to find the fastest solutions to problems. I just hate to see when rude, impatient, and greedy customers come in a ruin their moods. Sometimes, customers aren’t always right!! The cashier I know that’s always there when I come in looks intimidating but she’s very kind and her smile is beautiful, they even remember my order because I visit this location a lot 😂.
