Food's good, if you can figure out where to eat it and how to get it. The first time I called in an order. They answered in Spanish. Of course, that makes sense, and I speak passable Spanish. However, when I asked, "Do you speak English?" the owner got offended and snapped, "Yes. Do you?" Okay. Ha ha. I guess there's a joke in there somewhere, but I just wanted to order food in a way that would make everyone comfortable and result in an accurate order. The next time, we went in to eat. The music was so loud that you wouldn't have heard the world end if it had happened while you were in there. But, we decided to stay, and no one wanted to wait on us. When I went up to the counter, the owner turned his back and walked away from me. A woman rolled her eyes at him and apologized, so we just ordered food from her to go. A third time, I just ordered to pick up, thinking that was the way to go. I called and immediately ordered in English, so as not to offend anyone. No problems. When I went to pick it up, the owner again turned his back on me and walked away. No idea. I had to wait about 10 mins for someone else to come out of the kitchen to speak to me. I'm not sure if he just doesn't like my face, or what. My husband said he's had the same problem when he's gone to pick up. No idea. Why did we keep going? Well, for a while, they were the only non-pizza game in town. Now that's changing though, so we don't go here anymore. I'd rather choke down Chipotle than deal with...
Read morePlaced my order through Uber Eats. I’ve ordered from this restaurant several times before and have been very happy about my food. This time was the first time I’ve had something go wrong and will be the last time I ever order from them. On their menu, translated from Spanish, says “Fried Fish” in the description, it says “red fried fish”. We received tilapia which is definitely not what was described on their menu. Called the restaurant to tell them about this mistake at first they acted like they didn’t know what I was talking about when I was speaking clear Spanish. Then she says, “we don’t have red fish at this time” and hung up. What kind of business are you running when you can’t solve a problem. They could’ve at least called when I placed the order and let me know they didn’t have red fish. Horrible customer service. Update , just left this place and I called in and ordered something for carry-out.. Terrible customer service. When I called the guy didn't tell me how much or how long. Okay cool whatever, but when I got there it wasn't ready so I waited and the man hands me my food and change no receipt. So I ask him if I could have a receipt and he says in Spanish "it's 11.50." So I say again , I want a receipt an he hands writes 11.50. Seriously? Way to treat a customer like they are stupid. That's not a receipt.
