I have a lot of respect for this company because I know they raise their own cattle without using growth hormones and they treat their employees better than most establishments. They don't expand across the country to ensure their truck drivers can return home each night to be with their families.
That being said, I really love the food as well as the convenience of having fast food, real ice cream, and grocery all in one store. I love the old fashioned patties and they have a great tasting signature sauce. They also use a fine powdered salt for the fries that makes a big difference in "sticking", as well as a consistent flavor in each bite. They have a large variety of sizes of burger meals which is nice for a family that has both picky/small eaters and big appetites. I can't eat much, but have the option of getting a little burger with all the veggies so I don't have to waste half of my food as I usually do when getting a fast food burger. I didn't like crinkle cut fries when until I started having braums. If you haven't tried it, you're surely missing out.
This location was very busy, but staff were still patient, kind, and helpful. Our family ordered food, then ice cream, then used the grocery side during our visit and they were consistently quick to help us and friendly. I wish we had a braums where we live, but I'll always respect the reason they don't expand further north. It's always a treat when I have the opportunity to visit one of my absolute favorite...
Read moreNot a huge complaint, but been to this store on several occasions. Tonight, ordered two double junior cheeseburgers, no pickles. Also a medium chocolate shake. In the drive-thru so there's that. Usually I check my order before leaving, BTDT before. Get on the highway, which is divided, no turning around for me. Cheeseburgers were prepared correctly and hot. Just the wrong ones, got single Patty junior cheeseburgers instead. I know, my fault, didn't check the screen in the drive-thru...my truck sits up higher than normal and I can't really see the screen. I was charged for the correct burgers I received, so the ticket was correct... didn't get gipped, just didn't get what I wanted to begin with. Then we get to the chocolate shake...wow...7/8 was milk with about a half a scoop of ice cream. The absolute worst chocolate shake I have ever had. You could pour it out like water, because it's all milk. Not what I have come to expect from any Braums store. If I would have had time I would have returned to get it made correctly. I do remember that the guy taking orders was standing talking to someone else when I pulled up to pay, so he was obviously distracted. I know things happen and it's not the end of the world. Just getting this out there so some improvement can be made, although I hear the management doesn't really care one way or another. I cannot really read the ticket...printer is bad. Read morePull into the drive thru after looking @ the website of flavors of ice cream they offer & ask if they have a particular flavor listed on their website & the girl says Nope (not No, she says nope). I then ask, "What flavors do you have?" Worker says, "Vanilla, chocolate, strawberry & 22 other flavors." I ask if any of them are cheesecake, she again says Nope. I then ask again, "What other flavors do you have or is there a website or place to find out what flavors you have?" She says Nope once again. I've already asked her 2 times to list the other flavors, so I then say, "And you're not willing to tell me any of the other flavors?" She then gets huffy & says, "Well, I guess I could list them for you." Which is what I've asked her to do 3 times. At this point, I just left without saying anything else since she is obviously put out by being bothered by a customer asking her to do her job. This was @ 10:15pm where there was literally no one else waiting since they close at 10:45pm. Just rude that she didn't want to answer a simple question, especially since it wasn't busy & I wouldn't have needed her to literally list all 22 flavors, just didn't want to keep asking if they had flavors that were listed on their website & needed an idea of what they actually do have.
