The KFC in Ozark Missouri is awful. I did a online order and paid, I arrived to get my order and had about 6 cars pull up after me. KFC told me to go park and they would bring me my order. ( 8 piece family bucket) Every car behind me ordered then paid, and left so I know they had not pre ordered. After all cars gone, I still waited and after 20 min went in, on the counter was my order. ( getting cold). When I asked if that was my order, I got a reply “ I was about to bring it out”
I called the manager (not upset or demanding) asked what is the Benefit of doing the pre order. I explained what happened and he said, well we can’t just drop everything for you. Very rudely. I said but I pre ordered, those cars didn’t. He hung up on me. I got home ( late to my grandsons bday party) only had 7 pieces of chicken. I have called and asked to have the regional manager call me, over a month ago, I have done the survey and asked to be contacted. I don’t want anything free, I would like an apology though. That manager was so hateful and rude, not to mention hung up on me. I will never go to Ozark KFC again until I do get an apology.

Read moreUsually, this KFC has been hit or miss for us. Incorrect orders (with apologies included but not a lot of action to correct), indifferent workers, etc. Today was a wonderful change! I believe the name of the lady who took my order was Adrienne. She was fantastic, very friendly and personable, and quite dedicated to ensuring that she received and executed my order to the letter. She also seemed very committed to maximizing the positive outcome of the other customers' experiences, as well. I can't speak to the performance of the kitchen, really - the food itself was typical KFC (which you know, whatever, but we still keep going back and we know what we're getting!!!), but the service I received at this location was a welcome contrast. Not that previous service was exceptionally terrible, it just had never been exceptional in any way at all. But Adrienne and her manager I think, who I also talked with, were exceptionally commendable, and overall I left - with a 100% correct order!!! - thinking to myself that it had been an overwhelmingly positive experience. Read moreordered 2 chicken nugget combos in the drive thru, waited 20 minutes and had to go in to get our food. when we got home, realized 1 nugget order was missing. called them asking for reimbursement, and they said the best they could do was have us drive all the way back and make us 1 nugget meal. when my partner arrived, the worker blamed US, and said we were lying. they even had him call me and make ME drive down there (now have driven 2 cars there and back so 3 total trips.). by the time i got there, they had argued with my partner long enough that the manager just gave us the nuggets. the workers name was hailey. and she was very rude and argumentative. manager have us NO form of compensation, and we wasted a ton of gas for a nugget combo just to get what we paid for. would not recommend to anyone. just go somewhere else. this was our very first time trying it. the food itself was mediocre, and it was so greasy that when i held the bag in my lap for the drive home, the greased soaked through the bag and...
