5 star of course! What a great place this is. From the location, to the decor, and back to the food, all in all a great experience!

To start, it is right off the side of the road on Oahu's north beach! You can literally walk across the street and enjoy the beach. Parking, it's a dirt lot, but don't worry, there is plenty. Or you can park on the road if you find a spot there.

The place is semi upscale, without the dress code. Casual is ok! It is Hawaii after all, lol! But it's a nice place, great decor on the walls, two stories with lots of seating available and big enough for large parties. In fact, there was a wedding taking place there at the time of my visit, what a happy couple they were!

Upon entering, the staff was super friendly. There was no wait time to be seated because we opted to sit on the high chairs and not a table or booth. Our waitress was very nice, she was busy, but she was attentive and got all the requests right, mahalo!

We order the appetizer Kalua Pork Grilled Cheese...let me just say, WOW! Speechless! You HAVE to try this!

The entrees we had were the Lobster Shrimp Curry, and the Arugula & Watercress w/added grilled shrimp. The salad well, it was a salad, but a fresh tasting one, lol! But the lobster shrimp curry...my goodness, it was the best tasting curry I have ever had! Every spoonful was perfectly spiced and seasoned! The lobster and shrimp were fresh and not rubbery/chewy, just perfect texture! The veggies were fresh and crunchy, delicious!

We also had some drinks, a couple of Mai Tai's, a mojito, and a cool thai melon. The drinks were on point, especially the Mai Tai's, super refreshing and just the right amount of alcohol in them.

The view at sunset! Superb!!! This is what made us have a wonderful time, along with the young couple that was getting married, the setting and environment was just perfect, we truly enjoyed ourselves! The sunset was amazing that evening, just look at the pictures!

All in all, a true "must do" if and when! Worth...

After a day at the turtle beach we came here for dinner, they have private parking but at the same time there is plenty of parking along the road where this restaurant is located.

Even though it was a busy night for them they were super and managed to find us a table super fast. We were so happy.

The place is spacious and has an amazing little fire pit and open space tables near an open area where you can just stand around and hang.

The table service is very professional and very attentive manner. Our waiter was so wise when it came to the menu items and the drink specials. He basically lead me through my dinner with great tips and suggestions.

The decor of the space was amazing and super island inspired yet elegant and roomie.

MAUA THAI- very traditional kind of drink in the island however here I would not have one if you are thinking about a light night of drinks and dinner, this drink here is night club white girl wasted style, it is pretty strong.

POKE APPETIZER- I tried my friends poke appetizer and I was very pleased, a bit spicy but just the perfect amount. Pretty good, a bit overpriced nonetheless tasty.

RED SNAPPER- we had a fried red snapper and the entire fish come positioned as an art work, it was one of the prettiest plates I have ever seen. Tasty too! Came with coconut rice, nothing special there but it was very Thai like.

LOBSTER COD SALAD- amazed with this salad although only half boiled egg was in it what made me feel like it was a bit too cheap of them, inspire of that the salad tasted pretty good and the amount of lobster was on point, I was pretty satisfied with the outcome here.

Overall here is that this place yet family friendly and very casual it is still a very nice and classic looking place that you can at the same time bring a date to here and have an amazing time.

I wanna come back as soon as possible this was a great...

My fiancé and I came here for my birthday dinner. The hostess could have been a little more welcoming and friendly when we said it was my birthday. After dinner the hostess said goodbye to us and thanked us for coming with a smile and made up for it.

As for our server, very nice guy with a good sense of humor and thanked us for choosing them for our birthday dinner right off the bat. Service from him was good but seemed like it got busier for him toward the end of the night so I felt bad about that for him, maybe because the tables weren’t seared in his section orderly, not sure. But he was great. He thanked us for our patience and apologized for the wait more than once and I appreciated that.

The wait time for the food was disappointing. After we waited about 45 minutes for our food, we began looking at another restaurant near by to consider going to. As we were doing that our server brought us our food. The food was so delicious and hot too! So we were happy we stayed. Also when we finished eating I asked the server if they did birthday deserts, he assured me that he had my back and that they were already working on it. That was nice to hear. He came out with a candle on the dessert and wished me a happy birthday and joked about not singing to me which was really funny! I can’t remember his name but overall great server and the joke at the end made my night.

The atmosphere was great for a sunset dinner too.

We would come here again only if we asked ahead if there was a long wait...

My wife picked out Hale'iwa Beach House for our 4th anniversary. She'd done some research on the menu and found the Tuna Tartare on the menu, which sealed the deal. Upon arriving, our waitress, Hannah, helped familiarize us with the menu. She ran down the daily specials and gave us a minute. I asked Hannah about some spicy margaritas and she recommended the Lono's Ono Potion which was basically a spicy margarita with guava; I ordered without guava and extra, extra spicy. The drink arrived and I tasted it... excellent! It was spicy, but not overly spicy. Every drink coated my throat with a zest that woke up all of my senses. It was probably the second best spicy margarita I've ever had. After the Tuna Tartare, I ordered the Lobster & Shrimp Red Thai Curry for my main course. It was a very large serving that had my wife very jealous. The flavoring was equally impressive with just enough spice to alert your senses without taking away from flavor. There were ample chunks of lobster and shrimp throughout the curry and I struggled to put the whole meal away. So far, 3 for 3. My wife saved room for dessert, so we ordered the Bruléed Banana Split to share. It was ok. The pound cake seemed more like sponge cake (wife's comments as I couldn't tell you what the difference was). Altogether, it was one of the best dinners we've had in Oahu and I would absolutely recommend.
