Chong's Restaurant — Restaurant in Paducah

I could not in good faith reccomend this restaurant to anyone. I decided to dine in rather than take it back to my hotel room. They do have good steamed rice. The fried wonton shells were crispy and brown..(dark brown) The beef and broccoli was a generous serving, but the brocolli had a burnt taste to it, and it was swimming, (floating) in sauce. When I asked for more rice, I was charged $.85 for a small bowl of steamed rice..I should not have to pay extra for more rice in a Chinese restaurant. When the young lady behind the counter asked me how my meal was, I informed her of the burnt tasting brocolli and the burnt wonton skins. Her reply.."sorry about that" And I was never offered a fortune cookie. There are other chinese restaurants in Paducah, I will not go...

Called and asked about how long a take out order took, because the closer chongs was about an hour, they said 20 mins. I placed my order and she said 25 mins. It takes about 15 to get there. My friend goes to pick it up and pays and is told 5 to 10 more mins. Fine lovely... 35 mins later she is having to ask where our food was and they acted like they still had awhile to go on it and didn't even remember the name. Had we not already paid I would have had her leave. It took 62 mins from time I called. I could have just gone to the closer chongs if I wanted to wait an hour. Still waiting for food to get here and I hope it's right. Upset children and hungry...
