To begin this is the first review I have left on this establishment "SUBWAY" I did not want to complain because I know they are always short handed. Here I am though last week I went to the drive thru to place my order they asked me to wait I did for 15 minutes before pulling around to see they were closed. So basically they had me wait for no reason even after that I returned cause I really wanted a foot long for which I had a coupon which I stated when I ordered. After 35 minutes I get to order and pull to the window to be told by 'BETH" IN HER BANDANA HEAD THAT THEY DO NOT TAKE THAT SPECIFIC COUPON! So I say you seriously let me set here 35 minutes without telling me that!?!?!? She says the owner said not to take them...I say can I speak to the manager? She says 'DAKOTA' THE MANAGER HASNT GOT THERE YET AT 630 PM IN THE EVENING!? SO SHE DOESN'T KNOW WHAT TO TELL ME!?? I could have easily swiped my card and accepted the TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT,WHY TO PAY THESE IDIOTS TO BE IDIOTS NO THANK YOU! DAIRY QUEEN GLADLY TOOK MY 20.00$ ALSO HAD MY FOOD IN UNDER 3 MINUTES! ITS NOT JUST A SANDWICH ITS POOR BUSINESS, FALSE ADVERTISING,AND JUST NOT RIGHT! SHUT THE DOORS IF THIS IS WHAT YOUR ABOUT!! Two were supposed to be toasted - they came looking like a match flew by them - and they were limp and soggy.
There was nothing right about my sandwich except the green peppers, and there were so many of those I thought for a moment I had an all veggie sandwich.
They didn’t follow one direction either. Not one. It’s like they didn’t want to read anything and just guessed their way through.
We tried to call management but were told there wasn’t one on duty, and that she wouldn’t be back until Wednesday - “she thinks”. It’s Saturday. I asked if there were another manager to speak with and was told again that ONE manager is the only one. Two girls - one in training (who is probably the one that made the sandwiches), and no one to supervise and correct problems. Great way to run a business - especially a fast food chain.
Bad food. Bad quality. Bad quality control. Poor management. Bad owners - they hired the ONE manager.
I ordered a sub for dinner - got stuck eating cereal.
This is the last time Subway will get a dime from us.

It all starts with a hardworking dedicated employee named Rashmi, Awesome pleasant joyful young lady, keeping her restaurant 100% on point, never did i ever been in a subway that clean and fresh. I was so hungry and she made sure my sandwich in the Subway/Myway thing.. I will be coming coming back as long as Rashmi is the one there.. God bless you for all the great work I ask the owner to give her a good bonus and a raise so she can stay and do her best Woooow, I'm speechless...
