I can't believe that they let drive through employees be rude to you when they are the one's that messed your order up.. But it's true. The blonde girl rolled her eyes at me when I said I had ordered a large drink while she was trying to hand me a small drink.. she said well you paid for a small.. I said I ordered a large drink. She said I will make you it then "rolled her eyes at me" walks off saying I can have the small.. I waved down a friend who knows me. She said well you was being rude to her, no one heard you when you said a large drink. I said well clearly someone didn't hear me clearly when I said I ordered a large drink. You know me when have I ever ordered a small drink? She's a manager to, and all she could say was I was the rude one, excuse me for knowing what I ordered. This isn't the first time there drive through employees has done this to me. I once ordered an apple slice side, i was given strawberries and blueberries, i looked at her and said I ordered apple slices because I am allergic to strawberries, why did you give strawberries? Well we thought this was better.. I said no fix it. I am not in the mood to go to the hospital for there mistake. She got mad at me for that. Read moreCounter staff cleaned French fry station, looked up, saw me, kept cleaning until manager told her "counter". She came over, no smile. I personally don't like current trend to say "will this be for here or to go" as only greeting. I intended to eat my meal in the restaurant then take food out for my family. I explained this to her. Food came out all together, and the "to go" food was set out on the counter for most of the time I ate my meal. The dining room attendant had taken the sweet tea dispenser back to the back so I then waited at least 10 minutes, then went up to the counter to fill a family member's cup and waited seemingly unnoticed by the counter staff through 4 customers until I asked the person who assembles the food orders to please fill my cup. During this time the manager actually came up, looked directly at me and my cup of ice, and pulled a cash drawer and took it to the back. The only reason I gave two stars was my food was delicious, in spite of me having to eat quickly so my take home food didn't get cold. This is so unlike my typical experience in another Wendy's across town. Won't be back here anytime soon. Read moreFallen off a little bit lately as far as taking care of dining area cleanup, however it was busy this last time, and it is usually not when I go. It could have been a function of the patrons as they all seemed to be having a hard time with the drink and ketchup dispenser which worked properly. Food wise and staff friendliness, it is the consistantly the best tasting and friendlier Wendy's that I have been to. Food always seems straight off cooker and fresh. Consistently good. Was good this time. I did read reviews after I posted this comment and returned to clarify, I am almost never there when they are at a busy time.
