Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Pagosa Springs

After a long hunt wanted to have a good pizza. I ordered said 20mins. That was not the bad part don't mind a wait for good food. Older lady (think the owner) was making my pizza, had asked for no onions piled the onions on. Think she saw me looking so decided to pick off what she could. Finished making pizza called my name, I got my pizza and asked if no onions she said yes I had also added pineapples and mushrooms I asked if there were pinespples on it. She rudely pointed at my pizza and said the evidence is rite there pointing at a lone pineapple on top. She went to walk away from me I asked did I also get mushrooms she rushed back to me grabbed my recipe out of my hand and read it to me gave it back and rudely said that's what it has and walked away. Sloppy job on making pizza.Horrible service Not Happy!!! Pizza full of onions and not one mushroom.. Not understanding what we Payed for.. I have been to this Papa Murphy’s twice in the last two weeks. Both times they closed before their hour of 8 o’clock saying they just wanted to close. They were rude, condescending, disrespectful, and if it was my restaurant at fire all of them. I would love to have the manager call me. I am very disappointed in this establishment. I have been to Papa Murphy’s in Fort Worth and Arkansas and we’re treated very well unlike this restaurant, I see the sign that says start your own franchise From now on I’ll call ahead and find out what their when what time they wanna close that day so I can get there before they come up with that excuse. On December 31, 2021 we passed in front of this pizza shop and we talked among all our friends, tomorrow, January 1, we will eat pizzas 🤣, we go to this pizza shop and we buy two pizzas but from what they offer you to reality is a great difference, thinking that they do not have to bake the pizza they had to respect the recipe and prepare the pizza identical to what they offer you in the images of the store since they are saving a lot of money in baking but the reality is very different, I Personally, I never buy pizza in this place again, I think there are better options in the area and the taste is nothing special.
