0 stars would be a much more appropriate review. I have been going to Santy's since they opened and enjoyed their nachos with cheese & beef. Today, a very snowy and yucky day, all I wanted was my thrice weekly nachos with beef and cheese. I went through the drive thru which I know has a janky intercome and repeated my order THREE times to the "manager" or so he says. I come around to pay and once again make sure that he heard me, he said NO , you ordered Nacho's Supreme with everything. I say no that is not what I ordered, but if you want I will drive around and get what I actually ordered as not to hold up the line. He tells me to take it or "get out". I literally was like are you serious? He said yes and I asked him for his manager, he said I am the manager and Mikey is the owner and he made them if you don't want what we made get out and slammed the window in my face.
I truly cannot believe that ANYONE would allow their manager to treat someone that way, I hope that the owner reads this and sees that bad management can ruin a business. I am a local customer, my son, husband and myself go there two or three times a week and after that display of insanity, I will never go back to Santy's, nor will my family.
One of my son's coworkers had a similar experience and thought maybe the "manager" couldn't speak english very well, which I completely understand , but to be downright rude and obnoxious is no way to treat a customer. I will stick with Beny's Chavolos or Ramons, they are always nice and always are welcoming to my special order of nachos. Bad...
Read moreIf I could leave no stars I would have done that. I went there to get two burritos and some fries. Both burritos were cold, I'm talking the cheese wasn't even melted. I took the one back in, and was told thats is just how it is. I was told the guy at the counter, no its cold, look at the cheese. After they guy told me thats just how they come, I left. I then called the store to ask for a manager and was told what do you want? Then the guy saying he's the manager explained to me that their burritos are supposed to be cold. When I asked for a corporate number I was then told no that there is nothing to do about it. And while I'm talking to the "manager" he's chuckling like I said something funny. I didn't call them to ask for my money back or even had the food remade, I called them to say hey your food is cold. Maybe if they would have listened instead of just trying to shut me down I wouldn't have...
Read moreI stopped here for a breakfast burrito. I went through the drive thru. I had to wait a few minutes, but I'm pretty sure that was because they were making my burrito fresh.
I got the veggie breakfast burrito. It had egg, rice, lettuce, guacamole, and pico de gallo. Maybe it had beans too. I don't remember.
The burrito was big! I probably could have shared it with a friend, but I was alone, so I ate the whole thing. It was really good. It was really, really good. The eggs were moist, but thoroughly cooked.
The burrito came with two little cups of sauce, a red sauce and a green sauce. I preferred the green sauce, but the red wasn't bad. The red sauce was spicier.
The breakfast burritos at Santy's are a great way to start your day. The one I got cost just over $7 with tax. It was delicious and filling. It reminded me of breakfast burritos I got in Aust, TX at the turn of...
