Big Dick's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Pahrump

I ordered 2 pizzas at 5:20 that didn't arrive until 7:50. The text message said around 6:40 to 6:50 was the expected delivery time. When I first tried to call they would only say it is taking a long time but the ticket isn't there so it is out for delivery so there's nothing they can do. I asked if I could get a refund if I'm not getting the pizza since no one seemed certain what happened to it, they said if it doesn't show up to call them back. No reasons were given to why it took so long. I asked the driver when they showed up if they new why and only got a shrug. I got one call in the beginning saying they were out of something so we changed it no problem, but after the text delivery time came and went I couldn't get through on the phone with 10 tries, but got through on a different phone first try. Not sure if something is wrong with there system or I got accidentally blocked but overall felt like no one cared. 61 dollars for 2 medium pizzas seemed pricey but ok because they make a good pizza but if I get them again I will probably do...

Worst customer service, I called and they put me on hold for 10 minutes then when finally they answer they hung up on me. Then I called again thinking it was a simple mistake when the same guy answered put me on hold and few minutes later a woman not even saying her name yelled at me when I told her I was delivering for a fleet app she yelled at me that they have their own delivery people and told me to tell who ever want their pizza to call them. This with the rudest manner, guess what you never know who could be a potential customer or a secret shopper surprise!!! At first I primarily appreciated Big Dicks for 2 reasons: AMAZING pizza and THEY DELIVER! However now that I've had the opportunity to explore more of their large and varied menu I'm DELIGHTED to report that I have yet to be dissapointed. Tonight I tried the Fish and Chips. Crisp, lightly battered cod that was as good as I've ever had anywhere..and SURPRISE real homemade potato chips that are certainly addictive. The only thing I would caution first-time patrons who choose delivery: DO NOT WAIT until you're ravenous to order. This food is REAL food made to order NOT freezer to microwave PLUS this place is ALWAYS busy (which should tell you something) so you'll probably have a bit of a wait.
